The Gin & Tonic originated in 18th century India, where the British East India Company used tonic water as a preventative

measure against Malaria, as it contains Quinine. This very bitter tonic was soon made more acceptable to the British palate, with the

addition of Gin. And the rest is history. Now you can choose from a selection of delicious Gin and add your favourite ingredients to

create your own personalised Gin & Tonic.

Martin Miller’s Westbourne Strength $8.50

Distilled in the Black Country, then taken on a 3,000 mile round trip to Iceland where the purest, softest water on earth is added. It has a lovely strong Citrus taste, with the Juniper and a soft finish.

G’Vine $8.50

G’Vine is light and smooth, and unlike a traditional gin. Distilled with fresh whole botanicals and softened by Vine Flower, it is delicate and floral at first, evolving into a spicy warmth with an extremely long finish.

Star of Bombay $8.50

Slowly distilled to create a spirit of extraordinary beauty, produced in small batches entirely at the Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke Mill, Hampshire.

El Dorado 21 Years, Guyana $17.25

Designed for true rum connoisseurs, its warm subtlety is best savoured slowly on its own. With superb colour and character, this rum is blended from specially selected rums created from three distinguished stills and oak-aged for at least 21 years.

El Dorado 15 Years, Guyana $9.95

This fine, cognac-like rum has a most intriguing and complex character. Acknowledged as the Caribbean’s premier rum, it has continuously won major awards over the past decade. Perfect for long sipping, straight or on the rocks.

Plantation Rum, Grenada $8.25

Originates from the most fertile of the Caribbean Islands, where plantations of sugar cane adjoin those of cocoa, tropical fruit and nutmeg. This rich, slightly spicy rum develops aromas of jasmine and tea, with exotic notes of pineapple, banana and vanilla.

Plantation Rum, Jamaica $8.25

Due to its long fermentation and pot still distillation, this rum is intense and highly aromatic. Its lovely mahogany colour reveals a range of exotic aromas, with notes of plantain, ripe fruit and confectionery. A generous palate and plenty of length.

Plantation Rum, Trinidad $8.25

Short fermentation and column still distillation gives elegance and lightness to this rum. Cask-aged for nine years, this delicate rum is orange with a coppery hue, and displays oaky notes with orange caramel, and a herby palate of toasted nuts and old leather.
