Due to social influences, many

children feel neglected, PDHPE

also teaches students to build

on their self esteem,

importance of self values and

also teaches about the changes

in body.

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT

PDHPE also teaches students how to be safe on the road, water and while

playing.

Personal safety teaches who to trust, and how to react to

unsafe situation

Gives an opportunity to students to enhance their games and sporting skills, dancing skills and build flexibility with

gymnastics
