Before getting started -
What is a Premium
Page?
Premium Pages are designed for brands to promote
themselves and to communicate with their clients.
To manage a Premium Page on Tuenti you need to
have a user profile. We recommend that administrator
pages be the profiles of real people. As a page
administrator, all corporate communication can be done
through a Premium Page and using the name of the
brand.
Contact [email protected] and provide us with the
email address associated with your Tuenti account and
the URL of your organization’s Tuenti page if it’s already
been created.
What do we need to create a page?
• The email address associated with
the Tuenti profile of the person who
will be the page administrator.
• A profile photo (72px X 72px).
• An image or Flash (592 x 320px).
The height may vary, but if it is more
than 320px wide, the image will
appear cropped and the option to
“see more” will appear. This size
will be 592 x 175 px if the video
module of the page is enabled.
The best option for including flash
media is to upload it to its own URL. An
.swf file that contains all of the
information and that doesn’t extract
external elements, must be uploaded.
This way, the .swf is changed within the
URL, and the content of the page is
changed as well.

General
Title: Provided by the advertiser.
Additional information: (optional)
City: Where the entity or person who gives the title of the
page resides or is located.
Email: Contact email address.
Web Page: External user URL. Profile Photo/Image: Provided by Tuenti.

Wall
Wall/Statuses*: This tab will help you determine what
will be visible on the page by default: either the wall
and all comments, or just statuses.
User comments enabled: If this tab is activated, all
users will be able to comment on the wall whenever
they’d like.
*These changes will have to be made through the Tuenti Classic platform until the
full migration of Pages to the new Tuenti is complete.

Photos
Photos are given special visibility within Tuenti’s new
design. They appear in a featured module that is placed
just below the page’s corporate information. All pages
maintain the two photo album structure: one for official
photos and the other for photos uploaded by users, photos
from followers. Both can be enabled or disabled for user
viewing.
The module shows the last 4 images uploaded in
each of the albums.
• Main album*: This tab allows you to determine
which photo album will always be visible whenever
the Page is accessed. We reccommend that the
Official Photos are left as the main album.

Videos
Rich media can be activated within this module. In this
space, advertisers can upload a selection of videos to
be displayed on the page and give them Premium
visibility.
In order to add new videos to the page, you can send
them to us in any format compatible with our platform
(.avi, mp4,.avi).
Videos from YouTube can also be included within this
module.
The size of the video module must be 592 X 145px.

Geolocation Module
We’ve fused pages and sites together into one product.
From now on, pages will include an additional
geolocation module that page administrators will be able
to activate and will provide additional brand contact
information.
This module will be automatically activated on pages
that were originally created as sites. Throughout this
process, all information from sites and pages has
been maintained, including the number of followers of
each type of entity.
Administration

Page configuration changes will be
made from the administration panel of
the Tuenti Classic page until migration to
the new platform is complete.
Additionally, on Tuenti Classic, the
different administrative roles will continue
to exist.
Rich Media
Rich Media dimensions are
592 x 320px*.
If higher, the user will have the option of
clicking to “See more” in order to see the
rest of the content.
The Rich Media module supports the
most common formats, such as JPG,
PNG, PDF, Vídeo and Flash*.
When including a video module and an
app, the app can have dimensions of 592
X 175px, since the video module has
dimensions of 592 x 145px.
*If you would like to update the Rich Media on your pages with
the new sizes, please send us the images and we will publish
them.
Content
Filter content by user profile: Pages allow for
segmented content to be shown based on whether the
user is a page follower or not.
Thus, brands can strongly segment which content they
would like to show in each case and incentivize the
growth of their Tuenti community, offering exclusive
content to followers.
Photos - Moments
*Feature available on Tuenti Classici
Moments are everything you share on
Tuenti. On the new Tuenti, if you share a
photo on the page’s wall and you are the
administrator, it will be automatically
uploaded into the official photo album. If
you are a follower, it will be uploaded into
the album of follower photos.
As administrators of Premium Pages, we
can upload photos onto the official
pages.
Page photos must be located in the local
hard drive, as it is not possible to select
photos that already exist on Tuenti. The
duration of the uploading process
depends on the number of photos
selected and their size. The system will
inform you of the uploading process at all
times.
*These changes must be made through the Tuenti Classic
platform until the full migration to the new Tuenti is complete.
Wall
The Page wall is where users may create and respond
to comments in addition to attaching photos and videos
(unofficial).
The administrator can comment below the Page name.
If a user asks a question on the page and the
company/brand responds, this conversation will also
appear on this user’s wall.
This way, the brand-user interaction goes beyond the
context of the page.
If an administrator reports a user, this person will no
longer be able to comment on any part of the Page.
Applications
The current pages continue to allow the integration of
apps within the Rich Media module.
Tuenti will have a new API available at the beginning of
2013 that will allow for more profound integrations with
our platform and for experiences that are much more
social and viral. We’ll keep you informed!

I already have a page. Now what? You should promote your page and do daily
follow-up to gain relevance. Here is some
advice for beginning to interact on Tuenti.
Attracting users
We reccommend that different online
communication channels feed off of one
another. If a Tuenti user goes to your page
and finds it easy to become a follower, it’s
likely that he or she will continue interacting
with your brand in the future.
Along with this document, we’ve sent the
official Tuenti logos so that you can add
«Follow on Tuenti» buttons to your website.
You must reach a minimum number of users
to make your efforts profitable. We have
many advertising formats available and a
unique segmentation ability. Find out more
from our sales team.
I already have a page. Now what? Loyalty
Page content is the best way to gain the
loyalty of the user. The most important thing
is to remain relevant to the brand follower.
Additionally, the brand must maintain
constant communication with the follower so
that it continues throughout time. We
reccommend using a natural style of
communication.
Contests are successful on Tuenti.
Continually holding contests and fun activities
is an effective way to gain the loyalty of the
Tuenti user.
We reccommend that raffles and contests
contain fun and original activities. Many
times, the involvement of other users can be
obtained by going viral. Any contests that are
held should have workings that are
transparent to all users.
