    reports to all clients where we have been engaged for site security. While

    on site, we use GPS tracking of our guards as the basis of our reports.

  • Berlina ProjectsBerlina Projects have been utilising our servicessince 2015 across 13 projects. For one of theseprojects we were providing 24 hour security for aperiod of 6 months. For this particular site Berlinahad a designated maintenance person who waswatering the garden everyday. We decided toseize the initiative here and relieve themaintenance person of this responsibility (withthe approval of Berlina). We offered to do theservice for no additional cost as it was wellwithin our capacity and resources to do. As aresult we saved Berlina thousands in dollars.

    Hume HousingWe have been working with Hume Housing since2016 and have completed over 10 projectsacross Liverpool, Telopea and the Fairfieldregion. We were contracted to protect 3 sitesthat were sprawn with cladding material. Ourcompany developed a holistic security solutionthat led to us informing tenants of fire hazards,setting up patrol points, installing CCTV andproviding 24 hour security. We were alsoselected to conduct patrols at various sites andprovide static guards to areas that weredeemed volatile.

  • Masjid Al NoorWe were awarded the security contract forMasjid Al Noor in 2013 and have retained eversince. On this site we have provided securitypersonnel and traffic controllers for Ramadan,Eid and Friday prayers. We were specificallyengaged for this site to ensure councilmandated requirements were met whichincluded quotas and ensuring members of thepublic did not block industrial areas with parking.As a result of our security solution incidents havedecreased by 95%. In parallel our guards havebuilt strong relationships with the localcommunity after being specifically trained tohandle religious customs and values.

    BlueCHP

    We were awarded a contract for 70+ projects inthe Newcastle, Sydney and Hunter region.BlueCHP required a company to ensure theirsecurity needs were met specifically for NDISsites as the clientele residing in the dwellingshave disabilities. As a result, our personnel wereput through a specialised training program toensure we could adequately cater to the needsof BlueCHP. Our scope of work includedanalysing key areas of threats, creating aspecialised managers report for each site andcommunicating with management at all times.
