• DDW Admin will populate the list of surveys due each year (ability to add one at a time for special needs or Non-Public)
• DDW Admin will assign surveys to LHDs and DEQ staff(LHD Admins will assign surveys to LHD staff
• Surveyor (LHD or DEQ) will access survey through My Surveys link
• Conduct Field Work• Prepare Cover letter & Deficiency Report• Notify [email protected] upon completion• DDW staff processes survey data
