NEW STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
Our process has changed. You will need to activate your ULink account before you can see your account.
Go to the Tuition and Aid Tab
Go to the Tuition & Statement of Account tab. Click on View your statement or pay your bill
Before you can view your account, you will have to accept your charges. Failure to accept your charges will result in your classes being purged. If you accept your charges and decide not to attend the University, you will have to formally resign from the University. Click the button to accept your charges.
You can View Account Activity by either clicking on the Account Activity tab or the button.
View all semesters or choose a semester
If you have financial aid and it is not posted to your account, it will appear here as an estimate
View charges and payments in the third section.

Click Personal Profile to review email information
Your UL email is your default address. To receive emails at another address, enter your other address on the Alternate e-mail address line. Then hit button.
Click save changes if any changes have been made.

If you would like to enter payment information to be used later, you can enter a Payment Method such as checking or
savings account information by clicking the Add New Payment Method area. This will NOT make a payment to your account.
Click the arrow next to Select Payment Method and choose a payment method
Select electronic check, then hit the button
You can select either checking or savings account by clicking the arrow
• Then enter your routing number, bank account number, and name.
• Please confirm your bank account number
• Click the Option to Save box
• Name your payment method in the box
• Click the button
If you do not have the funds in your account to process your payment, you will receive a $30 NSF fee.
Click the I Agree box
Click the x at the top of the page to close the agreement screen
If you would like to enter another payment method, you may do so.
When you first log into your account , you were asked to agree to accept your charges. You can view your consent agreements by clicking on the button
If you have not printed your agreement, you may do so now.
If you would like for someone else to be able to access your account, such as a parent, you may add them as authorized users . Add your authorized user email address, answer the payment history question, and click the button.
Agree to the add authorized user agreement by clicking the I Agree button, and clicking the button.
You may edit, delete, or view agreements anytime.
You may add 5 authorized users to your account
