Cruisin’ in the Country is a family friendly
bicycle ride- not a race.
Four difference ride options are offered to
ensure there is a ride suited for each skill level:
18 miles, 32 miles, 65 miles, 100 miles.
Cruisin’ in the Country routes take you along
the lightly traveled roads of Evans, Bulloch,
Candler and Tattnall counties. Whatever route
you choose, you will travel over roads with
minimal traffic and you will delight in the
beauty of the quiet rural countryside, rich in
history, wildlife, and agriculture. Ride will be
enhanced by friendly, themed rest stops
located every 10-12 miles along the routes.
The 40 acre Evans County Recreation
Department will serve as Cruisin’
headquarters, located 1.2 miles East of Claxton
