Front line, face of CPD Independent oversight that provides our clients a level of confidence that CPD can deliver a quality project

Communication with contractors, designers, other CPD staff, NYCHA departments and our residents is a key to successful project deliverables
Authority to review all CPD processes – construction, design, administration, document control, site safety, communication, etc.

Securing funding, master planning, design oversight, construction management, auditing & reporting
