PRESENTATION OF NEW-YORK CITY

New-York City is situated in the east of United States of America near the Atlantic coast. It’s located in the state of New-York. It is composed of 5 boroughs (The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Staten Island). The state west of New-York is the New-Jersey. There are two famous Islands in New-York, Ellis Island and Liberty Island. The 3 airports are Newark, La Guardia and John F Kennedy. There are too two bridges which are, Brooklyn and Verrazano. There are 8 million inhabitants in New-York City.The highest skyscrapers in New-York is the Empire State Building.On 9th September 2000 the Twins Towers who is situated at Manhattan were attacked two planes into the Twins Towers but a monument which will commemorate this attacks.Manhattan who is a borough of New-York is divided into 3 selections Downtown, Midtown and Uptown. Two rivers surround Manhattan at the east this is the East River and at the west this is the Hudson river, Manhattan has an altitude of 0.

COUNCIL BEFORE LEAVING

Before you leaving, you have to make many things :

- You need to make you suitcase.- You must charge your cell phone.- You must say goodbye to your family because you cannot see them when

you will belong to NYC.- You need to book a plane ticket and to book a room in a hotel.- You have to change euro in dollars, it’s very important because you have to

pay the room and other things.- You have to make sure that your passport is still valid.- You need to revise your English for talking with the people in NYC.- You have to wake up on time to catch your plane because there are not two flights in the same day.

For the first dayFrom nine o’clock to half past ten : We will take you for a ride in the New-York water taxi on the Hudson river and from the boat we will can see the Statue of Liberty.

From half past ten to half past eleven :We go at the Brooklyn Bridge with take a walk or rent a bike.

From half past eleven to thirteen o'clock :For the lunch time, we go at the Restaurant Gia which is located in the district of Brooklyn.

From thirteen o'clock to sixteen o'clock :

While we are in Brooklyn, we go visit the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. We will go to discover ponds and famous Japanese gardens of this famous botanical garden. It is composed of numerous varieties of trees and of flowers.

From sixteen o'clock to eighteen o’clock :You have free time to stroll in street on Brooklyn.

For the second dayFrom nine o’clock to twelve o’clock :We go at Central Park visit the New-York zoo and Metropolitan zoo. After this you can stroll in the park. Central Park is a one of the most famous park in the world. Central Park is located in the borough of Manhattan.

From twelve o’clock to half past thirteen o'clock :For the lunch time we go eaten in Central Park, You have to bring your picnic.

From half past thirteen o’clock to sixteen o’clock :We go to visit the Empire State Building for to visit the top but be patient because you will have to wait in tire a breath taking view from the top.

From sixteen o’clock to eighteen o’clock :We go to see the Natural of History Museum. The Natural of history museum is one of bigger museums of New York. Widened on 4 floors, it has a collection of 32 million specimens.

For the third day

From nine o’clock to seventeen o’clock :

We start from Battery Park by both to go at EllisIsland. In 1982, the government builds a specialport for welcome the immigrants, to replaceBattery Park who was unsuitable. Afterward amuseum was built to keep in memory theseImmigrants. We are going to visit it.After this we go to see the Madison SquareGarden which is a big stadium. For the lunch

time, Weare going to eat on the spot.

FOR THE FOURTH DAYFrom nine o’clock to eleven o’clock :We go to see the site of the World Trade Center and we go to visit the Ground Zero Museum Workshop. These monuments, reminds us that the 9th September 2000 the Twins Tower were attacked by planes.

From eleven o’clock to thirteen o’clock :You have free time, You can stroll in the district of Times Square which is in the borough of Manhattan. Times Square is one of the places the most famous and the most livened up to the world. For the lunch time you can eat in town in the place or in the restaurant which you want.

From thirteen o’clock to half past fourteen :We go to visit the Statue of Liberty by both. The Statue of Liberty is the symbol of freedom and democracy.

From half past fourteen to half past fifteen :We go to see the Radio City Music Hall on Broadway. It’s a famous place for show.

From half past fifteen to half past seventeen :We go to visit MOMA (The Museum of Modern Art).

For the fifth dayFrom nine o’clock to twelve o’clock :We are going discover the best monuments and the places of New-York view of the airs aboard the helicopter flight service.

From twelve o’clock to half past thirteen :

For the lunch time we are going to eat at Chinatown which is a Chinese restaurant. In this restaurant, there are exotic food market and you can buy souvenirs.

From half past thirteen to half past fifteen :We go to visit the MET which is a Metropolitan Museum of Art.

From half past fifteen to eighteen o’clock :We go to the center commercial “South Street Seaport”, could you make what you want: could you go to shopping in this big center commercial as well as go to visit the maritime old harbor of New-York

For the evening, we go to eat in town. Afterward, we go to see a musical called Hairspray to Broadway.
