WE NEED YOUR HELP!The San Fernando Valley Area Convention Committee asks that you help us maintain the condition of the Marriott Los Angeles Burbank Hotel. Should you become aware of an incident during the convention, please notify a member with a committee badge

program in action. This affects Narcotics Anonymous as we present ourselves to the public in an attempt to carry our message of recovery to the still suffering addict.

Attention dog lovers! We all share a responsibility to maintain our excellent business relationship with our venue, Marriott. Please keep in mind that the convention center has a dog policy. While the hotel invites hotel guests (for an additional fee) to have your dog in your room, that invitation extends to the hotel only. There are no dogs permitted in the convention area or any meeting rooms in the hotel area or convention area. If you have a dog in the convention area you will be asked to remove it or to take it to your room. Please help us by reminding everyone that the hotel and convention center are non-smoking facilities. It is against the law to smoke in all public areas. SFVACNA may

to smoke in restricted areas. There are designated smoking areas outside each facility. If you see someone smoking, please ask them to help us by smoking in the designated areas only. Thank you in advance.

Please help us by wearing your convention badge at all times. We are not responsible for the replacement of lost badges. In keeping with our Eleventh Tradition which states, “Our public relations policy is based on attraction rather than promotion, we need always

approached by a member of the media (or someone not in our fellowship) requesting information, please refer them to the convention registration desk.

program in action.
