For us the bathroom is an integral architectural element. It never exists on its own. In a similar way, the value of each of our products really only becomes evident in the respective context. Daily use in the individual environment reveals true sensuousness and sensuality.

From this deep understanding of bathroom furnishing comes the creation of completely new solutions. This can be seen in how the addition of dynamic fittings has raised PLAN, the world’s most successful accessories series, to new heights. Or how the principle of reduction has been taken to its extremes with IXMO SOLO, defining a new standard in bathrooms. WHEN PLANNING FREEDOM BECOMES STANDARD.Universal design is anything but haphazard. With PLAN, KEUCO has been offering architects, planners and installers maximum planning freedom for more than 15 years. Now, the world's most compre-hensive bathroom furnishing concept is getting an update: A new fitting design creates a dynamic addition to the bathroom. Clever accessories impress with their practical details. Another building block in the KEUCO assortment is the rectilinear PLAN bathroom furnishings series, developed by Tesseraux + Partner in Potsdam.

With the new PLAN S fittings concept, a new interpretation of the PLAN design is finding its home in the world's bath-rooms. As a dynamic eye-catcher, the fittings are perfect for private or com-mercial use. The form of the angled spout of the single-lever mixer imitates the course of the water. Finishes in bril-liant chrome, matt aluminium or high quality stainless steel make individual planning freedom a standard feature.

A visual and functional highlight is the in-wall single-lever basin mixer: the wall spout and control lever are combined in only one element. Clever installation features are included, thanks to the ex-tremely thin installation unit and the depth compensation options in the wall.

DYNAMIC INTERPRETATION OF A MODERN CLASSIC

All PLAN S fittings have a filigree, upward- pointing control lever that impresses both aesthetically and practically. Posi-tioned to the side, the spout stays clean and dry even when using the lever with wet hands.

The single-lever basin mixer, which was developed specially for the Varicor® washbasin, is an eye-catcher in every respect. Sovereignly, it stands alone raised on a small base in the washbasin. Excellent design, with you in mind.

PLAN has always been characterized by consistency. An example of this can be seen in the way the angled spout is used as a design element in other PLAN S elements. For the bath, it is either integrated in the on-wall fitting or available as a free mounted bath filler on the wall.

When it comes to designing showers and baths, with PLAN S you enjoy complete freedom. The bath tub mixer with integrated spout is mounted on the wall. FUNCTIONALITY IN THE DETAILS

How much design and functionality can be incorporated in accessories? More than meets the eye – at least with the new PLAN shower shelf. Because, a glass wiper is integrated almost invisibly in the design. Available in brilliant chrome, matt aluminium and high qual-ity stainless steel like all new PLAN accessories, the shower shelf optionally also comes without the glass wiper.

The perfect counterpart to this is the robust 135-degree-angled handhold. The integrated soap holder can be taken out for cleaning, and the grip is available as either right or left-sided variant. The shower shelf, glass wiper and soap dish are available in the colours dark grey, light grey or white.

The luxurious towel rack made of safety glass offers sufficient space for the shower towels of hotel guests.

Specially developed for commercial use, the double toilet paper holder with roll brake integrates itself seamlessly into PLAN tradition. And anyone who values comfort will appreciate the moist tissue box with sealing ring, allowing it to be closed airtight.

EVERYTHING CONSIDERED

PLAN accessories are at home all over the world, offering an extra amount of intelligent functionality anywhere they are found. The new 5 litre PLAN cosmetic waste bin finally solves the problem of that unsightly bit of bin liner that is always visible. Because, cleverly and elegantly, an exterior jacket in chrome, stainless steel, aluminium or white is slipped over the inner bin and liner. So, from the outside the bin liner is not visible.

The perfect complement to all PLAN S fittings is the linear bathroom furniture, washbasins and light mirrors of the new PLAN series. Here Tesseraux + Partner in Potsdam again played a leading role.

The integral architectural approach is evident in every detail. The furniture is unobtrusively linear. From the cubic body to the luxurious glass fronts to the rim of the light mirror and even the filigree base support, the design and colour concept is omnipresent. The base supports are optionally available in four widths from 500 to 1200 mm for washbasin base units, tall units or sideboards.

In the naturally-inspired colours of cashmere, truffle and stain-less steel or classic white or anthracite, each piece of furniture is uncompromisingly modern. Crowning them are washbasins with flat designs. Impressive across the board.

The impressive thing about PLAN ceramic wash-basins is the soft, flowing shape of their flat design. However you view it, the new PLAN bathroom furniture is exciting. Aesthetic contrasts are its heart and soul. Mounted on the wall, the furniture exudes presence, but still emanates a certain calm and lightness. This may be due to the tone-in-tone look of the body and the handleless glass finish. Whatever the case, it is trend-setting.

Combined with the optional filigree metal support, the unobtrusive furniture makes a strong statement in the room. With their high quality lacquer finish, their colour perfectly matches the chosen body. Regardless of the bathroom size, the furniture and washbasins in sizes ranging from 500 mm to 1200 mm in two heights create a special atmosphere.


THE CONCEPT UNFOLDS

The integral PLAN bathroom furnishing concept also includes sideboards and tall units. Here, sensuousness pairs up with sensibility. The body is available in five contemporary colours. The premi-um glass fronts have a lustred lacquer coating on the back. The stainless steel metal look has matt satin glass.

The tall unit surprises with a shelf inte-grated on the side. Indiscernible from the front, the unit offers abundant space for one’s daily bathroom utensils.

The design of PLAN furniture also features intelligent functionality in the details. With its additional interior drawer, the high vanity unit has a surprise in store. The tidy arrangement inside allows direct access to your care articles and is tailored practically to your needs.


Like all KEUCO products, the PLAN crystal and light mirrors feature both aesthetic as well as practical components. Combined with the linear furniture, they form a harmonious whole. The surrounding frames emphasize the perfectly-coordinated colours to great effect. Although it must be said that the lacquer finish of the premium alu-minium frame is still very durable and easy to care for.

Innovative LED lights are integrated in the upper edge of the PLAN mirror frame. Thanks to the careful sorting of the individual LED modules, the effect of the light is very harmonious, ensuring perfect illumination of the face. The control unit is integrated in the slender frame and offers very intuitive operation. The light colour can be varied, and the washbasin and main lighting can be switched on or off and dimmed separately. The next time it is switched on again the intelligent electronics remember the most recent lighting scenario. A practical mirror heater is available as a further option.

WHEN LIGHT BECOMES THE ESSENCE.KEUCO has years of expertise in light and storage space. This expertise didn't just appear out of thin air. It is the outcome of systematic investment in the technologies of the future. Our highest priority is to perfect light in its purest form. This may sound philosophical, but it involves painstaking effort. Each of the circuits we install is fitted manually with LED modules. Why? Because careful pre-sorting according to light colour in a process called binning is the only way we can ensure that the LED modules project a completely harmonious overall picture. After all, that is what our customers want to see every morning in the mirror.

Is that a mirror or is it really art? With the ROYAL LUMOS mirror cabinet, that is the question that comes to mind. With its illuminated frame on three sides it appears to slightly hover. Good that it offers the perfect shelf compartment for daily use where it displays all your favourite items in a prominent position.

The ROYAL LUMOS, developed by the blisse-zetsche design agency in Munich, has three separate LED light sources: The translucent frame serves as the main source of lighting, which establishes the right light for room and face. The washbasin lighting radiating downwards adds accents of atmospheric lighting on the fitting and wash-basin. The indirect lighting makes the shelf compartment a functional and aesthetic highlight with its mirrored back.

Behind the surrounding translucent frame glow high performance LEDs, whose light colour and intensity can be adjusted to an infinite number of levels: From a daylight white light of 6500 Kelvin, ideal for daily care, to a warm-white light of 2700 Kelvin, for a perfect evening makeup or an atmospheric bathing ambience. The intuitive control panel allows individual control of the LEDs. Once again KEUCO sets the standard with this specially developed lighting concept.

Even the interior of the ROYAL LUMOS mirror cabinet radiates with design and quality made in Germany. Prominently featured in the design is the integrated shelf compartment, giving priority to the practical. Even with mirror doors closed, it still allows easy access to frequently-used uten-sils. A premium inlay made of linoleum acts as scratch-free shelf surface for watches or jewellery.

The ROYAL LUMOS is outstanding. It can be installed as a classic on-wall mirror cabinet or as an in-wall model, partially recessed. The interior features of both are of the highest quality: Rear and side walls as well as revolving doors have mirrored inner surfaces and the height of the glass shelves can be adjusted. The soft-close hinges mean that the doors shut lightly and softly.

Available in six widths ranging from 650 to 1400 mm, it opens up individual design possibilities for bathrooms large and small. Depending on the width it is fitted with up to three mirror doors and is perfect for both single or double washbasins.

Naturally, it isn’t possible to re-invent light. But it is possible to optimise it aesthetically and practically for new applications. And that is exactly what we have done with the innovative ROYAL L1 mirror cabinet series. Come and enjoy a bathroom mirror cabinet with us, with three modern LED light sources and a completely new kind of intelligent rotary dimmer. It will allow you to produce the perfect atmosphere of light in the bathroom for every occasion.

The generous yet elegant overhead LED light is literally the highlight of the new ROYAL L1 mirror cabinet. It is enthroned above the fully-mirrored cabinet body and radiates a warm-white light of 3000 Kelvin. The new washbasin lighting, concealed on the underside of the body, bathes the fitting in the perfect light. And the integrated wall lighting surrounds the mirror cabinet with an extraordinary aura. All three light sources impress with an extremely high level of brightness and colour fidelity.

LIGHT, JUST AS YOU NEED IT

Not only does the ROYAL L1 mirror cabinet capture gazes, but it also knows how to direct them perfectly, too. One reason for this is the three light modes, which can be adjusted to any setting with the help of the intelligent rotary dimmer. But another reason is the many proven details in the fittings, which allow you to make optimum use of the storage space. The glass shelves can be adjusted individually to different heights, with optional anodised aluminium interior drawers available to choose from, too.

The ROYAL L1 comes in six sizes from 500 mm to 1300 mm, with one, two or three doors with mirrors on both sides – so it is compatible with virtually every common washbasin format. Starting at a length of 1200 mm the washbasin lighting is designed for double washbasins with two fittings – to highlight chrome surfaces and uniquely designed forms in a particularly prominent way. The rotary dimmer can always be found to the right on the underside of the cabinet body. Its intuitive operation allows adjustment of the light mode and intensity by pressing and rotating. Both settings are saved when it is switched off and automatically activated again the next time it is switched on.

Mode 1: Wall and front lightingThe “working light” is perfectly suited to routine trips to the bathroom. The overhead light illuminates the front; discreet wall lighting can be found on its back.

Mode 2: Only washbasin lightingThe warm and glare-free “orientation light” is perfect-ly suited to the nightly trip to the bathroom or for a relaxing time in the bath tub, because only the wash-basin and the fitting are illuminated.

Mode 3: All three light sourcesSince wall, washbasin and front lighting are all activat-ed in this mode, everything is perfectly illuminated: The washbasin, the person standing in front of it, and even the wall behind.

A CLASSIC AT A SLENDER PRICE

KEUCO’s expertise in light and storage space is incorporated in every mirror cabinet. With its slender design the new ROYAL 15 prominently features overhead LED lights made of light-conducting material in an unobtrusive chrome plated frame. They provide frontal room lighting and indirect wall lighting. During the night the additional LED washbasin lighting serves as orientation light. Together they offer ample light to illu-minate the entire room. All three lighting scenarios can be steplessly controlled with the intuitive rotary dimmer, which always remembers the most recent setting.

The fully mirrored surface gives the contemporary look of the cabinet an even more luxurious flair. The mirror cabinet also offers impressive interior features: variably configurable storage space, fully mirrored revolving doors with soft-close hinges, and two electric sockets inside. At a width of 500 mm, the ROYAL 15 has one door; at 650-1000 mm two doors, and at 1200 mm it even has three. As such it is perfectly at home installed above double washbasins, and with a variety of styles in the bathroom.

COMFORT IN PERFECTION

EDITION 400 aluminium mirror cabinets will convince you with their filigree features and timeless design, and with superior technical refinements. And your daily bathroom utensils are not the only thing these storage wonders created by Tesseraux + Partner conceal inside. In the slender doors an innovative mirror heater is now also integrated. This practical and convenient extra prevents the mirror cabinet from fogging up after a shower. A particularly clever feature: The sensor-controlled mirror heater switches off again automatically 20 minutes after being switched on.

In terms of light technology, the mirror cabinets are also state-of-the-art. A special light-conducting material conducts the light of the LEDs to the surface, providing the ideal lighting for the room or face at all times. With the intelligent sensor controls both the light intensity as well as the luminous colour can be adjusted to any setting – from a warm-white light of 2700 Kelvin to a bright-white daylight-like light of 6500 Kelvin. EVOLUTION OF LIGHT

A classic can experience no higher honour than an update. The new ROYAL REFLEX.2 light mirrors and mirror cabinets echo the uncompromising character of their predecessors but perform with innovative technology and new features.

For their lighting they use state-of-the-art LED technology. Thanks to the high level of brightness and colour fidelity, the lamps radiate a cosy light with a warm-white luminous colour of 3000 Kelvin. On the mirror cabinet they can be found in the front lighting, and on the light mirror in the lights on the sides. New in both is the additional light source: The washbasin lighting establishes the perfect illumination for the fitting and washbasin.

In each case the LEDs are controlled by an innovative, intelligent rotary dimmer. With it you can adjust the light intensity to any setting and choose between three different lighting modes: Washbasin lighting, front or side lighting, or both light sources together. Naturally the new mirror cabinets and light mirrors still match all ROYAL REFLEX washbasin formats: From the small 500 mm model for the guest WC right to the 1300 mm model for double washbasins – in this case with two light sources to illuminate the washbasin.

IXMO GOES WASHBASIN

If it works impressively in the shower, it will be perfect for the washbasin, too. As such, we have now transferred the IXMO principle to an integrated washbasin fitting. When the wall spout and the single-lever mixer are combined in only one fitting element, as shown here, planning freedom benefits. The in-wall fitting comes with either a round or square decor disc and lends a luxurious, tidy feel to the wash area.

Minimal also aptly describes the installation work involved for all IXMO modules. HVAC pros only need to install one in-wall base structure. With the clever depth-compensation feature, the already shallow installation depth of the washbasin fitting can be flexibly varied anywhere from 70 to 100 mm. Maximum installation intelligence.

EXTERIORS MADE LUXURIOUS.At KEUCO even a clear design feature such as the new luxurious metal finishes is not a goal in itself. The PVD process produces more than just breathtaking colours – it also makes the fittings and accessories extremely durable. The fact that the extravagant metal finishes in warm bronze, champagne-coloured nickel and opulent black are currently extremely trendy is almost uninteresting. As a perfect combination of beauty and durability, the exclusive finishes add colourful accents. In upscale hotels or deluxe private homes they lend a very personal note to a bathroom.

SPECIAL FINISHES

The production process is as remarkable as the look itself. The finishes are not produced by electroplating, as is typical, but rather in a PVD coating process. In the physical vapour deposition process, a thin coating is applied to the metal object in vacuum conditions, allowing a variety of colours. The process produces extremely durable surfaces with an intense, deep shine and high degree of hardness. The luxurious look on the fittings and acces-sories – as seen here in black chrome – is a real eye-catcher!

We have developed a new range of accessories for the needs of special target groups with SMART.2. The universal design and the robust quality perfectly satisfy the demands of architects, planners and installers alike. Developed by the Quintessence design agency in Stuttgart, the attractively-priced series is suitable specifically for the requirements in the commercial area.

SIMPLY PRACTICAL

SMART.2 accessories make a good impression all round the washbasin. Both the tumbler holder and the soap holder impress with their genuine, high quality crystal glass, while the lotion dispenser in white opaque plastic is practical to use.

SMART.2

The practical two-armed towel holder can be swivelled and the holder of the towel ring can be mounted either to the left or to the right. This means that a deci-sion about the mounting side only needs to be made during final installation. The holder is simply inserted on the desired side and snaps on – no bolts or screws are necessary.

The brush holder of the toilet brush set is made of easy-to-clean white plastic. The metal arm of the toilet paper holder can be mounted either to the left or to the right. Depending on habit or the local conditions, the arm is simply inserted on the desired side and snaps in. Fixed in place and finished! For this the spare paper holder is a perfect match.

With its new materials and functionality, SMART.2 has lots to offer even for the shower and WC area. The spacious shower basket has a high edge, so no shower utensils can fall out. The robust grab bar can bear a load of up to 115 kg. Matching towel rails in widths of 600 mm and 800 mm and a towel hook round off the assortment.

The shapes of KEUCO’s sculptural EDITION 400 fittings speak a language of accentuation. And this is clearly carried over to the free-standing bath tub mixer.
