COMMUNICATION
We would like to draw your attention towards a few important points that can help
imbibe a sense of responsibility, discipline and regularity in your ward. our
responsibility is increase as the way of education has also been changed .
Although kids are not physically present in school for coming few months but almanac is
a very important link between parents and Teacher so please update it . The first few
pages of the almanac provide a lot of handy information that you would find useful for
the whole year. Kindly ensure that the student information pages in the almanac are duly
filled. Please don’t forget to send the photographs (6no) of your ward in school uniform
(summer uniform) only.
Whenever they start coming to school they should bring their almanac to school
every day. As the almanac is an important link between the school and home go through
it daily for any message/ updates to you. Remarks put down in the almanac should be seen
and countersigned regularly.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
As we are online these days so instructions are also changed
please ensure that child attend all the classes as they used to do in school
Child should fully prepare and get enough sleep before they get ready to attend
the class and make sure that they had breakfast before their classes.
Make sure that you accompany your child during the online classes to assist help,
motivate and support them as their teachers are not physically present with
them
We have shared the study timetable with you, please make sure that before
starting of online school child should ready with all things ( books , pencil eraser
etc.)in his/ her bag/ study table .
Make a fix place for your child to attend the online class with best of
connectivity and no disturbance / distractions.
Please log in to our online education portal and regularly check it for further
updates information’s , notices , circulars
Please remember that these online classes are the replacement of our regular
physical classes till the time we have other guidelines from government .
Make sure they get up on time and get ready Health Menu
A healthy diet and regular physical activity can stabilize energy, sharpen the mind and improve one’s mood –thus allowing children to maximize their potential both inside and outside the
school. The good news is – it doesn't have to be difficult either! Instilling healthy habits in
kids requires team effort. Let’s begin afresh yet again with another set of menu to add variety
to your taste buds! Kindly follow the same to enjoy the nutrition of all the food components in
your daily diet
