ANNUAL SPRING INSPECTIONS:

We understand with the Covid-19 pandemic in the world right now many of you are surviving on unemployment. We will work with you in every way that we can. We will not charge late fees for the months of April or May and we will look at future months as the world begins to open back up and we know if your jobs are stable. Please keep us updated on your individual situation as things move along. The more we know about your situation, the greater chance we’ll be able to work out a solution with you.

Please understand that in order for Arlington Woods to continue to provide a place for you to call home, we have to maintain the utilities and infrastructure of the community. SYMPATHIES:

Our deepest condolences go out to Mary Beld and family

and friends on the loss of Mary’s husband Thomas.

NEW RESIDENTS:

When taking your pet out to go to the bathroom please be sure to pick up after him/her each time and please do not let your pet use another resident’s home- site as a bathroom. It is very disturbing to residents without pets.

PET REMINDER:

Lisa Owens & Pat Leeball to 3740 Richardson.

Jake Lysiak & Ashley Ritz to 2157 Vindale.

Marjorie Pressly to 2560 Park Estate.

REMINDERS:

James Gould Peggy Pekel Greg Barber Mike Spink

PRAYER REQUESTS:

Please keep Marilyn Bryant in your thoughts & prayers as her son is having a major

surgery in Ann Arbor for cancer related complications.

CONGRATS:

To Richard Yager on the birth of his

new granddaughter born April 2nd!

GET WELL:

• Our community speed limit is 15 MPH. Please abide by the speed limit and all posted stop signs for the safety of our entire community.

• Pets must be on a leash & supervised by a responsible party at all times. All pet feces must be cleaned up daily & cannot use other residents’ property as a bathroom.

• Keep toys and misc. items at your home site put away when not in use.

• Parents are fully responsible for the actions of their children at all times.

Each year we hold a yard of the month contest in our community. One resident from each of our 3 sections will be chosen as the best “yard of the month” and receive $100 off of their lot rent. Winners are nominated by other residents turning in vote slips provided in our newsletters. We do our best to make sure that no residents are repeat winners. With the COVID -19 pandemic putting things on hold this year, we will be holding the contest during the months of June, July & August. Watch for your 1st vote slip in June’s newsletter and nominate your fellow residents for having a well-kept yard.

YARD OF THE MONTH CONTEST:

COMMUNITY DROP BOX:

There is a dropbox located near the front door of the office that can be accessed at any time. It is available for any rent payments, letters to the office, a p p l i c a t i o n s o r a n y o t h e r communication or documents you would like to leave for us.
