Floor Drains
All floor drains are made exclusively of stainless steel AISI 304 or 316 Ti, or on the customer‘s request, of higher grade alloys. All floor drains are pickled and glass bead blasted, so that the properties of the steel come into full fruition.
Even the installations like the silt box and air trap are made of stainless steel.
All standard floor drains have a plate cover, which are designed for heavy loads, as this is easiest to clean. Gratings, bar gratings and metal covers can, of course,also be provided.
Nominal widths of 050 to 250 DNare available, and can be finishedwith a vertical (S), subhorizontal(UW) or horizontal (W) outlet.

Channels in every width
One of the remarkable features of WALDNER drainage channels is that the allroundedge protection is reinforcedwith a welded profile inside.These profiles enable a betterinterface and force distribution.Furthermore, larger adhesivesurfaces are created for the respective raised floors, whichenables a coupling of thevarious materials.
When choosing the covering,the load plays a decisive role. At WALDNER, we don‘t followthe DIN (test stamp Ø 250 mm),but rather follow practice (teststamp 3x6 mm), because inpractice no grating will with-stand a load of 12.5 T wheelload, e.g. that of a fork lift truck.

Kitchen Drainage
The special channel drains come in three versions: welded, pluggedin and hygiene, have large volumesilt boxes of up to 20 litres. Besides this nearly all individualinlets can be welded on to the drainage channels.
Kitchen Drainage
WALDNER kitchen box sectionchannel is the lighter version of the industrial box section channel.Because the kitchen drain is usually exposed to lighter loads, a stainless steel U-profile is enough reinforcement.
The kitchen drain is joined to the floor drain by a plugged in connection piece. If there is no foil sealing, the floor drains can also be welded into the channel.
The kitchen floor drains of modelrange 86 have a clamping flangeand supported flange joint as standard. These flanges - like all the flanges on the individual outlets – have a rounded finish. This rounded flange prevents damage to the sealing from corners and edges. Furthermore,creases are put into the flange tocreate better adhesion.

The manufacture of a WALDNER stainless steel door is subject to very high requirements. These begin with well developed, much tried and tested constructions,and are furthered with the high grade materials and careful processing.
WALDNER offers the appropriate solution for everypurpose. The works room doors can be universally fittedas entrance, joining and connecting doors. With their 42 mm wide door leaf, they fulfil all stability and hygiene requirements.

The topic of safety is of growing importance nowadays. WALDNER has taken up this theme and can also offer a developed solution with its stain-less steel safety doors.
The safety doors are tested according to DIN 18103 and areapproved for ET 3 safety class.The robust finish and the five-fold locking mechanism offersufficient security for all sensitive areas.
Stainless steel is even an intere-sting alternative for facades andentrances. The thermally separa-ted profiles, which are usednowadays, are developed insuch a way, that they aresecond to none of the othermaterials that have been usedup until now e.g. aluminium.

Hand washing, without physicalcontact, cannot be done withoutthese days. WALDNER offers anextensive programme, from lowbudget hand wash basins, tomultiuser hand wash channels,right up to preinstalled and fullywired hygiene wash stations.

Hygiene Appliances
As well as hand hygiene, theremust also be provisions for the cleaning of the clothing and equipment.
For this, WALDNER offers triedand tested products, which areavailable in a wall fitted or stan-ding design. In addition, combina-tions are also possible. A combi-ned apron and boot cleaning facility not only saves space, but is also cheaper than the corresponding individual parts.
The cleaned aprons and bootscan be dried afterwards on the corresponding holders. In thisway, the aprons hang compactlyin a row, whilst the boots hang in pairs beside and above eachother.
The hygiene programme is made complete with stainlesssteel hose holders.

In a newsletter totheir members the professionalorganisation for chemistry has already recommended this safetymixer for its high safety. A simplemechanical system protects effec-tively against steam penetration.
Suitable for a steam pressure range from 0.3 bar to 10.5 bar,very simple handling, accuratetemperatures.

The very robust water gun MK2 for cold and warmwater or the MKMV model,which is to be used in combination with the safetymixer type 2000 with exten-ded water outlet jet, is rubbercoated and protects thus thegun and the soils in case ofrough conditions. These guns are also available aslance guns.
The special hoses for steamand hot water are approved for foodstuffs and have a woundcord fabric inlay. The blue hosesurface is resistant against her-bal an animal fats as well asagainst standard detergents.The hoses are designed forsteam up to 6 bar and hotwater with 95°C up to a pressure of 20 bar.
