Kako je pred nama vrela sajamska jesen, zamolili smo direktora kompanije ICM iz Celja, gospodina Tonija Laznika, da odvoji malo vremena za svoj omiljeni časopis iz Srbije i da uz kafu porazgovaramo o sajmovima koje njegova kompanija organizuje i na kojima se poslednjih godinu dana redovno pojavljuje i naš časopis.

Časopis Industrija: Iako naši čitaoci imaju priliku da preko tri godine u Industriji prate sajmove u Vašoj organizaciji, voleo bih da nas podse�te od kada postoji sajam Ifam i Intronika i gde se sve održava?

Toni Laznik: U ICM-u smo već na samom početku, uz svu viziju, stavili za cilj da ćemo bi� najkvalitetniji i najsavremeniji organiza-tor stručnih sajamskih, kongresnih i forumskih priredbi. Veoma značajno je to, da smo takođe odlučili i jasno nacrtali u svojoj strategiji, da je naše tržište delovanja regija CSEE – odnosno širi deo Balkana.

U 2004. prvi put smo organizovali B2B stručni sajam IFAM u Porto-rožu, koji je već sledeće godine (2005.) postao prevelik za kapac-itete kongresnog centra u Portorožu i tako smo se preselili u 2006. u Celje, gde smo tada u oktobru organizovali i prvi stručni sajam INTRONIKA. Zbog interesa izlagača a i sinergije svih učesnika na obe manifestacije, odlučili smo oba sajma udruži� i tako smo ih u 2008. organizovali zajedno po prvi put. Tada smo krenuli i ka internacionalizaciji naših sajamskih delatnos� i počeli traži� nove mogućnos� na teritoriji CSEE. Nakon temeljnog istraživanja i ana-liza, videli smo dugoročni potencijal u Srbiji i odlučili da krenemo sa organizacijom u 2010. U Srbiji smo, pored stručnih B2B sajmova IFAM & INTRONIKA - krenuli ka organizaciji sasvim novih tema, koje do tada nisu bile pokrivene u tom konceptu i to su bili stručni sajmovi METAL & MachTech (koji je dopunjen sa novim sadržajem i koncepcijom za 2014. godinu), kao i PLAST, SOLAR i BIOMASA, koji otvaraju sasvim nove dimenzije, naročito na području obnov-ljivih izvora. Zajedno sa �m sajmom, organizujemo i specijalni B2B sajam zvani AquaTherm – čija svrha je nadopuni� sve segmente obnoviljvih izvora tako, da svi pose�oci mogu u isto vreme dobi� kompletnu stručnu informaciju koja im treba za odluku!

Časopis Industrija: Kome je namenjen sajam Ifam i Intronika?

Toni Laznik: IFAM i INTRONIKA su dva izuzetno stručno orijen�sana B2B (Business to Business) sajma - koji se nadopunjuju, ali su u isto vreme sasvim različi�. IFAM je namenjen isključivo stručnjacima iz oblas� automa�ke, robo�ke, mehatronike i procesima u industriji kao i merenjima, vision sistemima… itd. Među�m, INTRONIKA na koju smo se mi orijen�sali ide u pravcu isključivo industrijske i profesionalne elektronike, nano tehnologija i bionike – segment koji smo uveli ove godine. Na osnovu toga možete zaključi�, da su ta dva sajma namenjena stručnjacima iz industrije, ins�tu�ma, fakulte�ma i drugima…!

Časopis Industrija: Na ovogodišnjem sajmu Ifam i Intronika koji je održan u Master hali Novosadskog sajma, u jednom neformalnom razgovoru ste mi pomenuli da su moguće promene oko mesta održavanja - kada je u pitanju Srbija. Da li se sada zna nešto više o tome?

Toni Laznik: Da, nije tajna da su izlagači a i oni potencijalni izlagači, u poslednjih godina na lokaciji u Novom Sadu izražavali želju, da premes�mo IFAM i INTRONIKA sajam na neku novu lokaciju.

Kao stručni medij koji pra� sve najznačajnije svetske događaje pa i najstručnije sajmove - znate da smo mi organizatori samo “servis” našim partn-erima/izlagačima, čije potrebe slušamo i pra�mo. Odlučili smo da premes�mo naše sajmove u Beograd i za sledeći period dogovorili smo se da ćemo sajmove organizova� u Belexpo centru.

Časopis Industrija: Pošto smo i sami izlagači na Vašim sajmov-ima, možemo samo potvrdi� da je organizacija na visoko-poslovnom nivou, odnosno da učesnik sajma ima sve uslove kao da je u svojoj kancelariji. Možete li kompanijama koje se interesuju za izlaganje na budućim manifestacijama, napomenu� šta sve dobijaju učešćem na pomenu�m sajmovima?

Toni Laznik: Is�na je; svi u korporaciji ICM širom različi�h država, ulažemo jako puno u najsavremenije so�versko oruđe koje je namenjeno, pre svega, našim izlagačima i stručnim pose�ocima - kako bi što bolje i kvalitetnije koris�li sve što im nudimo na našim sajmovima, a što se može poredi� sa najvećim svetskim sajmova (online registracija izložbenog prostora, onilne regis-tracija pose�laca, učešće na Business Forumima, Matchmaking… i drugo). Tvrdim, da mnoge od usluga koje mi – ICM nudimo našim partnerima – izlagačima, ni neki svetski sajmovi nemaju ili se jako skupo plaćaju. Pri tome ne smemo zaboravi� ni to, da je ICM članica svetskog sajamskog udruženja (UFI) sa centralom u

Parizu, a ja sam kao direktor - član i delegat Marke�ng i Educa�on Commi�ee-ta. Na taj način dobijam direktne in-�me informacije o svim aktuelnim zbivanjima, trendovima, čime najviše dobijaju baš naši partneri. Neke od firmi koje izlažu na našim sajmovima u Srbiji i Bugarskoj još nisu uspele primeni� sve mogućnos� koje im nudimo, ali trend je jako pozi�van i već nakon samo prve sarad-nje znaju koje su prednos� rane prijave – tako mogu komun-icira� sa potencijalnim kupcima mesecima ranije – jer mi ne krijemo podatke o izlagačima, napro�v ih u roku 48 sa� stavljamo na naš sajt. Ovih dana baš, krećemo sa novom internet stranicom - koja će takođe pruža� nove fleksibilnije mogućnos� poslovne saradnje između izlagača i novih kupaca/pose�laca! Ali, to su samo neke od mogućnos� koje nudimo našim partnerima.

Časopis Industrija: Takođe ste nam na jednom od ovogodišnjih sajmova spomenuli da će se detaljne promene uradi� i na Vašem

Web portalu. Šta će se to tačno men-ja� i koje inovacije ćete primeni�?

Toni Laznik: Naš stari Web sajt je bio – stvarno star (smeh)! Sada smo napravili sajt u duhu najsavremenijih tehnologija i ubuduće, plan nam je da međusobno povežemo naš profesion-alni so�ver koji koris�mo za online registracije i različite preglede - direkt -no sa novim Web stranicama! Odlučili smo se, da ćemo našim partnerima ponudi�, na jednoj strani sta�čnu verziju dokumentacije i pregleda – kao što su “PDF” fajlovi, a na drugoj strani svi će moći koris�� online aplikacije preko mobilnog telefona ili kompijutera.

Časopis Industrija: Pored sajmova Ifam i Intronika, Vaša kompanija ICM organizuje i druge manifestacije. Možete li nam malo više reći o �m događajima?

Toni Laznik: U našoj organizaciji, vodimo u Srbiji još i druge stručne saj-move - kao što su SOLAR, BIOMASA, AquaTherm, PLAST i METAL & MachTech. Svaki od �h sajmova pokriva specifičnu oblast ili novu granu. Kao i na IFAM & INTRONIKA, i na ovim sajmovima, moram da priznam, najveći broj izlagača je iz inostranstva, tačnije Evropske unije. Stručni pose�oci koji su nam do sada dolazili na sajmove, bili su u 80 i više posto slučajeva - stručnjaci iz oblas� ili kolege iz sajamske delatnos�, koji nas prate! Analize intervjua i anketa potvrđuju nam da idemo u dobrom pravcu i da radimo stvari pravilno. A to je baš ono što industrija potražuje, kako bi se pokrenula iz ove neugodne ekonomske situacije.

Časopis Industrija: Kako vidite tržište bivše Jugoslavije ili tačnije Balkana u narednih 5 godina, kada su u pitanju teme koje zastupate i oblas� koje su aktuelne na pomenu�m događajima?

Toni Laznik: Pa, ja jako verujem u to tržište na dugi rok – kada smo krenuli u Srbiju i u Bugarsku, mnoge kolege su

me pitale: zašto? Tada je Turska već počela da biva obećana zemlja za poslove, a zapadne zemlje još uvek su bile dobar partner.

Moje lično mišljenje nije baš za otvorene medije, ali regija CSEE i Balkan naročito, ima jake potencijale - ljudi su jako sposobni, vred-ni i veoma dobri u svojim poslovima, a posebno na tu regiju nisu delovale ak�vnos� koje dras�čno u�ču na preporod industrije u našem regionu. Mnogi vaši čitaoci još pamte, kada su svi trčali u Kinu i neke druge zemlje na dalekom istoku, a sada ne samo da beže odatle i vraćaju se kući - nego moraju i da se bore sa k-onkurencijom “Copy paste” proizvoda. Da se vra�m pitanju, Balkan odnosno ova regija, za pet godina - ako nastavi ovako, premos�će sve ekonomske probleme i postaće najinteresantniji deo regije za industriju EU. Ali uz nas – sajmove ICM – svima će sve to bi� još lakše i brže!
