—— FREE NURSERY ——An attended nursery will be provided for preschool age
children during each of the lectures and during the Open Forums. Children must not be left in the nursery during meal breaks. We respectfully request that “sick” children “not” be brought into the nursery.
—— TRANSPORTATION ——Those flying in to Lubbock and needing transportation
to the Lubbock Lectures must provide us with their air-line, flight number, date and arrival time, and their cell telephone number well in advance of their arrival.
—— DISPLAYS ——Various publications, books, pamphlets, etc. will be on
display. Some of these items will be “free” and others will be available for purchase. All displays are subject to the approval of Southside’s elders.
AUDIO and VIDEO—— RECORDINGS ——
Professional quality video and audio recordings of all lectures and Open Forums will be available on CDs, MP3s and DVDs at a small cost. These may be ordered during or after the lectureship and will be shippped as soon as pos-sible. No private recording is allowed in the pulpit area.
—— FREE HOUSING ——Free housing will be furnished in Southside members’
homes as long as space is available. Check on availabil-ity in advance (no reservations will be made on arrival). Working in the lectureship, Southside members cannot be responsible for providing meals for guests in their homes.
—— FREE R.V. SPACES ——R.V. Spaces (with water, electrical, and dump facilities)
are available on Southside’s parking lot. To assure space availability, please reserve your space in advance.
—— AREA MOTELS ——Attendees staying in motels are responsible for mak-
ing their own reservations. The best rate—$75 per day (for 1-4 people, includes Continental Breakfast)—is offered by Comfort Suites (5113 S. Loop 289, [806] 798-0002). For this rate you must identify yourself as “part of the ‘Southside Church of Christ’ group.” Deadline to obtain this rate is 9/20/2018.
