JUMP ROPE FOR HEART/HOOPS FOR HEART 2020 FEBRUARY: 26,27 & 28Hawkins will be participating in the annual Jump Rope for Heart/Hoops for Heart campaign. Ipersonally have been doing JRH for 29 years. It is a great program and benets an outstandingorganization in the American Heart Association. Your child will be bringing home an envelopenext week for this event for the Fundraising Campaign for the American Heart Association.Your child does not have to raise money to participate in the class event. Last year we raisedover $8,000! Our goal this year is to get over $10,000, again. Much of it can be done online, which makes it easy for everyone. All the information for the event will be given to your childnext week. Donations will be ONLINE only this year. We will be having our event 2/26 – 2/28and it will take place during students PE class. Last year the Heart Heroes were the craze! This year the prizes are in the shape of Hearts with a variety of different names.

In order for the kids to win the prizes they must collect donations. As a bonus, The Top 5Fundraisers will win special prizes that I personally hand out.If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at Hawkins.
