Introducing one of our team members C Sasanka Reddy, Data Scientist He has graduated from IIT Madras and has an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. He worked on predictive modeling for more than 3 years in the insurance and retail sectors. He is an avid reader particularly interested in the comparative study of Western and Eastern philosophy. His hobbies include playing table tennis and watching tennis. “The sense one makes out of data is not objective. To make it objective one has to look at it objectively. A lot depends on the position from which and the direction in which, one is looking at. You can look at a huge painting from a large distance. You can figure out what the whole painting is about; but, you cannot see the finer details of the painting. For that you need to approach the painting and look at it more closely. But then, you lose the holistic view of the picture if you do so. The same applies to data. You can only make a comprehensive picture/meaning out of the data present when you look at it from all the possible levels and all the possible dimensions/angles. If not, you might just end up seeing exactly what you want to see. “

Analytics Saves at Work has set up its first office in India at Whitefield, Bangalore, right in the heart of start-up milieu of India. This place has been chosen not just to be very efficient in operations of the company but also to nurture the growth and to hone the skills of the team in an extremely competitive environment. It also gives the company visibility it deserves and facilitates the alliances and tie-ups it needs. Working atmosphere at the office is quite congenial to the continuous learning and development of the team.

The team in Bangalore consists of Analytics Consultant, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Consultant and an Administrative Executive. Experience within team ranges from 4 to 9 years bringing in rich experience from various sectors like Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, and Supply Chain. The team members complement one another in terms of their skill set and domain expertise. There is versatility in the work environment with a wide spectrum of personal interest and hobbies ranging from sports to art and literature.
