DZ Bank: no change in “Buy” rating
“In particular, the shift in ticket sales from conventional channels to the Internet has
continued. This will also be the driver of profits in the quarters ahead. In view of this trend,
we expect that CTS will achieve earnings per share equal to or slightly less than our
EUR 0.68 estimate for the year as a whole. (...) Our DCF (discounted cash flow) assessment
justifies a fair value per share of around 19 euros."
(Analyst: Harald Heider, Tel. +49 (069) 7447-6093, [email protected])
Bayerische Landesbank: „9-Monatszahlen bestätigen unser positives Szenario“
In its latest update on 15 November, the Bayerische Landesbank kept its “Buy” recommendation
for CTS shares. In the estimation of its analyst, Thomas Grillenberger, CTS shares continue
to be “significantly undervalued”: “We calculated a fair value for the shares of EUR 21.80 (....).
With a safety margin of 34.5% and upside potential to fair value of 52.7%, we consider
the share to be a Buy”.

Formula 1 fans can already
get hold of the best seats
Will Michael Schumacher
succeed again next year in
winning the European Formula 1
Championship? Whatever hap-
pens, the tickets for the top event
at the Nürburgring on 29 May
20051 will be hotly in demand.
The Castrol chicane after the
start and finishing line guaran-
tees plenty of excitement, due to
the collisions that often happen
at this bottleneck. At CTS
Eventim, motorsport fans can
ensure a pole position. As early
as mid-December, they can
make sure of the best seats at
the two Internet ticketing portals
www.eventim.de and
www.getgo.de. Tickets are avai-
lable not only for the Nürburgring
event, but also for the races in
Bahrain (3 April) and
Hockenheim (17 July). By using
the convenient seat selection
system, they can pick exactly the
tickets they want.

Complete package for lifestyle travelConcert ticket, hotel room and many benefits – from a one-stop store
A romantic weekend in Paris –
and if a visit to the famous
“Moulin Rouge” is part of the
package, the result is a very
special Christmas surprise. In
cooperation with TUI Leisure
Travel (TLT), CTS Eventim is
offering the chance – through
its well-established ticketing
portal on the Internet – to com-
bine interesting city tours with
events and concerts. With a
single click, anyone choosing
the “Moulin Rouge Paris” trip
can book two nights in a three-
star hotel, along with tickets for
the musical, including half a

son. The seat selection booking
system even allows travellers to
reserve the seats they perso-
nally prefer, directly on their
monitors. There is a perfect
event package to suit every
taste, be it classical music,
rock, pop or musical – and
mostly with attractive bonuses.
For example, the package to
see the “Giselle” ballet in the
Dresden Semperoper includes
not only the performance itself
in one of Germany’s most
magnificent opera houses, as
well as two nights in the Hilton
Hotel, but also a guided tour of
the “Green Vault” in Dresden
Castle. The “We Will Rock You”
tour to Cologne includes a visit
to the Queen musical, one
night in the four-star Best
Western Hotel, and the
“Welcome Card Cologne” for
free travel in the city’s busses,
railways and trams.
CTS Eventim will be handling all
ticketing for the FIFA
Confederations Cup in Germany
next summer. From 15 to 29
June 2005, eight national teams
will play a total of 16 matches at
five venues. “For us, this is
another important milestone in
the expansion of our major pro-
ject activities, and confirmation
of our success in the sports
market. The awarding of con-
tract and our close cooperation
with the German Football
Association and its Organising
Committee will boost the profile
of our company and act as testi-
monials for future events of this
kind worldwide”, commented the
CEO of CTS, Klaus-Peter
Schulenberg.

Söhne Mannheims: a Mannheim-based artists’ collective
(on tour in Germany: 18.11.2004 – 03.07.2005)
Back together again after a long break – Die Söhne Mannheims have reunited after various solo activities
and are now back on tour with their familiar sound. The group currently has no less than 14 members. DJ
Billy Davis manages the beats, while Tino Oac, Claus Eisenmann, Xavier Naidoo, Marlon B., Metaphysics
and Henning Wehland find the words to fit.
Cool Christmas and a Rocking New Year!CTS Eventim brings superstars to German concert halls
Beastie Boys: HipHop in place of Silent Night
(on tour in Germany: 09. – 16.12.2004)
Their song “You've Got To Fight For Your Right To Party!” became a classic and a slogan for a whole
generation. The three boys are now back from Brooklyn and touring Germany again at last. Six years after
their double-Grammy album “Hello Nasty”, the Beastie Boys seem to have landed another great success
with their new album “To The 5 Boroughs”.
R.E.M.: melodic guitar pop with deeper meanings
(on tour in Germany: 04.02. – 17.02.2005)
The perfect mixture of goose pimples, crashing rock riffs and hits - R.E.M. is all of these. The personal style
of front-man Michael Stipe and his fellow band members Mike Mills and Peter Buck positions them some-
where between pop, rock, folk and Indy. The threesome from Athens, Georgia, is back on tour with “Around
The Sun” – also in Germany, of course, where they celebrated their greatest successes.
Kylie Minogue: 155 centimetres of Girl Power
(on tour in Germany: 31.03. – 05.04.2005)
In March 2005, Kylie Minogue will be starting out on her biggest and most elaborate tour to date, called
“Showgirl - The Greatest Hits Tour”. Hailing from Australia, she is now one of the most admired and most-
played performers of our time. Since her early days as a warbling pop star of the 1980s, Kylie Minogue
has developed into a serious contemporary artist. The spectacular video clips and tours of the diminutive,
155-cm singer leave an unforgettable impression.
Joe Cocker: a living legend rocks on
(on tour in Germany: 16.04. – 18.05.2005)
With his cover version of the Beatles song “Wi th A Little Help From My Friends”, Joe Cocker achieved his breakthrough to global
fame, and his live performance at the Woodstock Festival is now legendary. In the music business for 35 years already, the man with
the raucous voice is back with his new album, “Heart & Soul”. Before that, however, he will touring Germany with the Nokia Night of
the Proms until the end of December.
