JA JEE LAY APNI JINDAGI

Today I got thisopportunity to share my views regarding my experience in IIMT College of Management so I must say Thanks to Our Man-agement who gave this opportunity to fulfill all my dreams of doing Ph.D. It is like a dream which I was thinking since long .As, after com-pleting my M.Phil. I didn’t get time to complete my doctorate degree because of two reasons first I went abroad for work and my schedule was overloaded and Secondly, after returning back to hometown, I didn’t get any source from where I can do this . The moment I found that my own college is imparting this education and that also at a concessional rates, I could not resist myself and the very first day I filled up my form without thinking even the second thought .So, thanks to our Chairperson Sir and M.D. Sir, who did a lot in giving me a chance to live my life by fulfilling my dream .Thank you very much.

Greater Noida: In-

dia is continuously

growing in techno-

logical innovation.

Today, India is one

of the top 50 coun-

tries in the world

where the empha-

sis is on research

and innovation.

The Ministry of

Education, in col-

laboration with

educational insti-

tutions, is constantly motivating the students for

innovation. Prof. Arun Kumar Bhagat, member of

Bihar Public Service Commission, expressed his

thoughts in the concluding session of the two-day

online national conference on 'Innovations in

Management, Technology and Communication'

organized under the aegis of the Institutional In-

novation Council, an initiative of the Union Minis-

try of Education, at IIMT College of Management,

Greater Noida.

Presiding over the concluding ceremony of the

conference, Prof. Bhagat said that it is a matter of

great pride for India to be included in the top 50

innovation thrust countries of the world. In the

present scenario, there is a great need for tech-

nical management and innovation in teaching-

learning in the situation of the country and the

world. Prof Bhagat said that India has been a

world leader in the field of education since time

immemorial. Even today, innovation plays an im-

portant role in making the field of education bet-

ter.

As a guest speaker, Dr. Prashant Kumar, Chair-

man, Department of Media Studies, Mahatma Gan-

dhi Central University, Motihari, Bihar said that

new innovations are coming every day, but they

remain limited to a few people. We need to learn

from our sanatani technical tradition where the

person seated as Sanjay narrates to Dhritarashtra

a living account of Mahabharata which is a unique

example of technological innovation in itself.

Prof. Satchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary, Indi-

ra Gandhi National Center for the Arts, New Delhi,

who joined as the chief guest in the inaugural ses-

sion of the National Conference, said in the speech

that we should emphasize on the holistic develop-

ment of the students. Appropriate efforts are

being made for innovation in educational institu-

Education requires costly resources,

like time and money, which are often

hard to find. But those who do invest

these resources, often end up richer –

not just because they often improve

their financial situation, but because

their minds are richer too.

-Unknown

tions which is commendable. India's innovative

development is discussed in the world in this co-

rona period.

As the keynote speaker, Director General, Indian

Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi,

Prof. Sanjay Dwivedi said that organizing a con-

ference on innovation in management, technolo-

gy and communication is innovation in itself. In

this challenging time, the more capacity a person

has, the more he will progress. We should also

keep our teachers informed about innovations

from time to time so that they too can be aware

of new things.

Mayank Agarwal, Managing Director, IIMT Col-

lege Group, who joined as a special guest, said

that for the use of innovation, teachers should

maintain subject knowledge, commitment, self-

discipline, dreaming and the ability to be a

seeker.

In the conference, Dr. Abhinna Baxi Bhatnagar,

Deputy Director, IIMT College of Management

said that we call innovation when we do some-

thing new and positive experiment by going out-

side the prescribed scope in teaching work. Un-

less we use innovation in teaching, we cannot do

justice to our work.

In the conference, Prof. Anil Kumar Nigam, Dean ,

BJMC and Chairman, IIC Cell, while promoting the

theme said that IIMT College Group is continu-

ously giving thrust to innovation. The college has

infused life in these odd conditions by inventing
