Core Values
Over the last few years we have seen a dramatic shiftin how Outsource Product Development has beentraditionally viewed and leveraged by the market. Formerly,an existing or early stage technology company wouldhave conceived and engineered a software productinternally. They would then create MVP (Minimally ViableProduct) or upgrade an earlier released or pre-existingproduct taking it to market as soon as this processwould allow. Generally, they would only outsource furtherdevelopment of that product once market conditions oreconomics allowed (funding for early stage or start-upcompanies) was secured. At that time, the tech companywould then engage a third-party developer to initiatescale and increase time to market.
Although a reasonable approach, it didn’t necessarilyconsider what the product owner or entrepreneurialvisionary had in mind. Despite the OPD provider promising“partnership”, rarely is a true partnership created. Why?Because the prior engagement model required the techcompany to take most of the risk and submit themselvesto possible IP breaches, financial concerns (i.e. didthey get the value theyexpected from the third party)or overall lack of qualitydelivery. Given the risk ofinequality, the balance wasnot in favor of the techcompany client.
Enter SenecaGlobalAs a pioneer of OutsourcedP r o d u c t D e v e l o p m e n t(especially as OPD is definedtoday), SenecaGlobal hasevolved the model further andcreated a new paradigm withrespect to how we can “truly”partner with a client in needo f O P D. I n o u r m i n d s ,partnership is more thanbringing technical and domain
skills to the table. That is a given. What it also takes isan investment in each other that goes beyond a financialarrangement. It requires deep trust, philosophical alignmentand a long-term view of shared success where both partiesthrive and benefit mutually.
So, what is the “secret sauce” (or secret masala)? In anutshell, it is building a “win-win” partnership”. Like anypartnership (personal or business) there must be satisfiedparties on both sides. From our perspective, SenecaGlobalhas the history and provability of taking clients’ productsto market faster than traditional OPD firms. Our innovativepeople provide not only tech and domain expertise butalso provide a kindred spirit and sense of “owning” theproduct as much as the client does. Coupled with ourOPD competencies, our clients not only see and realizethis value, they absolutely view us as a seamless partof their enterprise and team.
This doesn’t mean however that we are structuring dealslike this without considering the potential risk of the
cl ient ’s v is ion not beingmarketable and/or financiallyviable.
Leading edge new productdevelopment is associatedwith significant business risk, but the reward of a successfulinternational product launchis also significant. To protecta l l t h e S e n e c a G l o b a lstakeholders, we carefullyevaluate and only enter intopartnershipswhereourinterestsare secured and the termsof any such deal are fair forboth sides. To further protectthe SenecaGlobal stakeholders,we restrict such deals to anaverage of around 5% of ourtotal annual revenue.

SenecaGlobal Enterprise Cloud & ManagedServices Update
We are now officially in our second SenecaGlobal’s newly
launch business unit, Enterprise d year of Cloud & Managed
Services. We as an organization have worked extremely
hard and have achieved much. We have closed our first
customers we have a rich and growing pipeline of
opportunities and we see record business potential in Q2
and Q3 FY19. We have also expanded greatly our Cloud
Ecosystem of technology partners and as an organization
we are reaching close to 80 certifications and accreditation
in the cloud technology space. All that being said, we are
just getting started. The plans we have for the remainder
of 2019 and 2020 will take this business unit to an entirely
new level.
With that, as we speak... and clients I thought it would be
good to cover how we approach some of the more strategic
discussions in nature with IT Executives. In some cases
when we get through the initial introduction discussions, we
get into more strategic discussions that follow this thought
and planning process.
Planning on Taking Advantage of the Enterprise Cloud? Ask
Yourself These 3 Questions First
Enterprises of all shapes, sizes and industries are beginning
to truly realize the benefit of having their IT assets in the
cloud. On-premise systems are costly, innovations move at
a snail’s pace, they are difficult to scale and subjecting
companies to paralyzing downtime. In fact, a recent report
from McKinsey found that more large-scale enterprises are
likely to move workloads away from traditional and
virtualized environments toward the cloud at a rate and
pace that is expected to be far quicker than ever before.
But moving to the cloud isn’t as simple as it sounds. There
are certain prerequisites that must happen before the actual
journey to the cloud can take place.
Those items that need to be checked
off the list can usually be boiled
down to three things you should ask
yourself before making the leap.
Performing a cloud digital
transformation is something nearly
every enterprise will eventually do,
but first consider if your organization is ready.
Question 1: Do you have a true business case?
Has your IT department been struggling with the loads of
data it’s storing within its physical data centers? Have there
been questions about applications not working properly
due to inefficiencies out of their control? Is your IT
department not moving fast enough? If you answered yes
to these questions, good. Let’s talk about all the money that
it’s costing you not to have a cloud-based data center.
Nothing speaks to business decision makers quite like
money. Cost savings as an infrastructure asset
recapitalization strategy or reduced hosting cost is a great
place to start.
You can’t just want to go to the cloud because your
competitors are there or because you think it’s the logical
next step. There has to be evidence demonstrating the cost
savings, revenue increases and operational improvements
that cloud migration will provide.
Question 2: Is your organization bought in?
It’s one thing for your department to understand the value
of migrating to the cloud, but what about the rest of
your organization? How does your CIO and CEO feel about
it? This question needs to be addressed immediately after
you’ve established your business case. Start with your cloud
champions – identify those who are 100 percent on board
with moving to the cloud and make sure they have what
SenecaGlobal E-Newsletter - Q2 | June 2019 | Page 6
they need and are in the right position to pave the way
for the rest of the organization.
Another critical element of success is that everyone must
be aligned on the strategy of how you’re going to migrate
to the cloud. Everyone needs to know their role in order
for the migration to be successful.
Question 3: Do you truly understand the cost benefit?
After you’ve made your business case and rallied the troops,
it’s time to crunch the numbers. It’s important to know
the true, holistic cost of the journey to the cloud, including
the other indirect costs associated with the big move. For
example,
• Has your hardware targeted for the cloud been completely
depreciated
• Is your staff trained to operate their new environment
in the cloud
• O/S upgrade, do you need to re-platform your O/S
before migrating to the cloud
• Do you want to take advantage of DB cloud services
for example re-platforming your DBs to Amazon Arora
• Do you need a direct connect to your cloud provider
based on your use case
Once you’ve got definitive answers to these three
questions, you’re almost ready to move to the cloud. But
one final item before you do: make sure application
owners, whether IT or business, are completely involved
from start to finish. If there’s one sure fire way to fail in
your cloud journey, it’s lack of involvement and
commitment from them.
The cloud is an important step in making your company
agile and relevant for the future. And while it may feel
inevitable that your organization will get there, it’s necessary
to be adequately prepared and lay the groundwork first.
Your whole organization will thank you.

Production log Rotation
While we deploy the applications on UNIX servers, many a
times we get a question of how to rotate the logs so that the
production log file size does not become a monster to debug
and download.
The easiest way is to use the system level cron which runs to
take the backup of all the files such as syslog, web-server log,
etc.
For this, create a file with your project name as the title in the
/etc/logroate.d/<project-name>\
Add the below given code in the file.
/var/www/<Your-Project-Folder>/log/*.log {
daily
dateext
missingok
rotate 30compress
delaycompress
notifempty
copytruncate
}
Explanation of what the lines inside the curlybraces do
Daily – Rotate the log files each day. You can also use
weekly or monthly instead of daily here.
Rotate 7 – Only keep 7 days of logs around
compress – Compress logs using gzip
Delaycompress – Rotate the file one day, then
Dateext – Add the date to the logs which were rotated
compress it the next day so we can be sure that it
won’t interfere with the application server as the
extension instead of a number. If you want numbers
as the extensions simply don’t use this entity.
Missingok – Do not raise an error when there is a
missing log file
Notifempty – Don’t rotate the file if the logs are empty
Copytruncate – Copies the log file and then empties it.
This makes sure that the log file into which the process is
writing always exists, so you won’t face problems because the
file does not actually change. If you don’t use this, you would
need to restart your application each time.

Chess Tournament
“Good Morning”, “How are you doing?” were replaced inSenecaGlobal by fancy lingo like “checkmate”, “double check”all through Aug’18. Can’t blame the associates, given the“chess wave” that gripped one and all. Four participants fromeach of the four J@W houses competed in different nerve-wrecking games in a tournament that lasted for close to 15days.
The games ended with Ganesh Kumar from “House - Amazing
Aravalli” winning the tournament.
Eat-to-be-fit Poster
Associate well-being is of paramount importance and thus, to
create awareness, “Eat-to-be-fit-poster-making” competition
was held in the month of September. Participants from each
J@W house had to pick one of the given topics and come up
with a creative poster that could be utilised to draw associates’
attention to the cause. The topics given were:
Stay active in office
Beat Non-communicable diseases
Pack a colourful lunchbox
Fit more fruits in your day
That facts about fat
The posters were evaluated by a team from National Institute
of Nutrition. Vindhyachal Spartans won this competition.
Carrom Tournament
With carrom boards available in the Recreation room all
through the year for associates’ perusal, carrom tournament
was bound to be a grand success. Five categories of matches,
four competing houses and over 20 participants – it was a
month dedicated to carrom!
Winners:
Singles (Female) – Sriannapurna Kirla
Singles (Male) – Kiran Janagam
Doubles (Female) - Sunitha Kanumuri, Sriannapurna Kirla
Doubles (Male) - Abhilash Chavva, Sunil Madagani
Mixed Doubles - Kiran Janagam, Sabiha Sultana
Adding another bud to the bouquet of activities, J@W team
came with an innovative competition in the month of January.
This competition was in-sync with the Sankranthi/Pongal
festivities.
Four members represented each J@W house and were given
a limited duration to come up with a kite using the provided
material.
With a little chop-chop here and a little paste-paste there, our
associates managed to make kites of different sizes and,
astonishingly, shapes.

SenecaGlobal leadership team is one of the pioneers in
introducing ‘Outsourced Product Engineering’ to India. We
specialize in product development, with more than 20 years
of experience in building software products as a service.
We not only help our clients build, enhance and maintain
software products by being an integral part of their global
team, but also build products from ground-up for our clients
- by converting their business ideas to reality.
Today’s fiercely competitive marketplace requires businesses
to be responsive, innovative and agile. At the same time,
it is getting increasingly difficult for the clients to find the
right technology partner who could decipher the concept,
provide technical leadership in designing the architecture,
buildateamwiththerequireddomainknowledgeandtechnology
skills, deliver insight and innovation at every step of the process,
and take complete ownership of the product development.
SenecaGlobal aptly fills this void, and many of our clients
directly benefited from our ability to quickly build a best-
fit team and deliver a prototype or the Minimum Viable Product
(MVP) that could be showcased to the potential investors
to secure funding. SenecaGlobal has a successful track record

of taking a client’s business idea and turning it into a cost-
effective, revenue generating, high quality product on timely
basis.
The success stories presented below have one common theme
– SenecaGlobal provided end-to-end technical expertise and
services; architecting,
building and deploying production-ready systems giving life
to the entrepreneurial ideas.
Case Study 1:
The client’s vision was to provide a simple, fast, easy-to-use
review tracking and monitoring system for businesses. The
idea proposed by our client was to aggregate online reviews
– good and bad, for each business location, collected from
popular and relevant review sites – and put these in one
single dashboard presenting the information in easy-to-read
graphs/charts/tables.
SenecaGlobal designed, developed and delivered an online,
software-as-a-service (SaaS) based ‘Review Monitoring
Solution’ to track reviews from all major review sites, in one
central location. It’s designed to meet the needs of both
small businesses as well as enterprises with thousands of
locations.
Over the years, our client had helped businesses listen and
respond instantly to their customers, evaluate theperformance
of each location, and provide quality customer support. This
product is still one of its kind till date, and helped the client
generate more than $6 million of funding to expand the
business.
Case Study 2:
Utilizing their unique experiences in the dental, technology
and consumer financing industries, the client envisioned a
true “game changing” product that will allow health care
providers to offer alternative payment options to their patients.
A dedicated development team was set-up at SenecaGlobal’s
state-of-the-art offshore delivery center in Hyderabad, India,

with highly-skilled, right-fit resources capable of delivering
cloud based solution using latest technology suits.
SenecaGlobal architected and developed a custom-built,
online product that establishes a payment program between
a licensed health care provider (clinics) and their patients.
The solution offers Business Owners (Service Providers),
Clinics and Patients to choose from various payment plans
and installment options to support medical treatment
expenses. It is completely paperless system that offers
seamless integration with multiple credit rating, payment
processing and electronic signature vendors.
The product is now supporting dozens of clinics, with the
potential for adding 5000 new clinics in the next 5 years.
The highly scalable solution can support up to 100,000
transactions per month, enabling health care providers to
make a quick and educated decision while evaluating and
approving a payment plan application, and in the process,
completely eliminating manual process.
Case Study 3:
The client envisions to provide a unique and potentially
disruptive technology solution to the patient engagement and
prescription adherence problem facing the USA health care
industry today – involving hospitals, pharmacies,
pharmaceutical companies, health insurance companies,
employers and governments. At the core of solution is artificial
Intelligence and machine learning combined with population
health, disease management and real-time pharmacy
distribution services.
SenecaGlobal helped the client achieved this ambitious goal
bydesigningatechnicalsolutioninvolvingmobileapps,wearable
appsandwebapplication.ThesolutionincludesSMS/Video/Voice
calling, medication adherence real time analytics, Google Maps
integration for medicine package tracking, real-time reports,
GoogleVoiceintegration, Deep-linking, managing prescription
alarms, Augmented Reality with 3D animation, NFC, QR Reader,
and integration of various Bluetooth enabled hardware devices
such as Glucometer, BP meter, Spirometer, PT/INR and Pulse
Oximeter.
The product provides real-time medication adherence
reminders to patients with remote video and audio calls with
caregivers, providers, pharmacists, family members, or any
other approved participant in the medical ecosystem;
provides hospital discharge analytics and biometric
information to the physicians and allows them to write
prescriptions via the customized e-prescribing platform. It
also provides real-time, same day fulfilment to the patients’
orders.
The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of this product
generated active interest from a series of large pharmacies,
departmental stores, wholesale stores and hospitals in the
USA, Canada and Mexico. It is currently being piloted at
a pharmacy chain located in a southeastern state in the
USA.
Case Study 4:
The client’s idea is to provide an easy-to-use tool for creating
a plan to manage retirement income that puts the users
in control over their financial future, maintain their lifestyle
and avoid running out of assets, and becoming a burden
to their family.

Clearly, we are not a VC (venture capital) firm, however
our OPD capabilities and industry knowledge can give
us some strong upside if managed properly. The clients
that we have engaged under this model thus far have
a “VC flavor” but in this context this is a good thing.
Although each deal is somewhat unique, we substantially
mitigate our financial exposure by “hedging our bets” so
to speak. For example, in recent deals, SenecaGlobal is
paid cash (at a lower rate – sometimes cost) to provide
the resources required to build the product. In exchange,
we receive equity for this consideration and ensure that
long term agreements between both parties provide
SenecaGlobal the right of first refusal on all future
development and related technology support (i.e. Ongoing
product development, Cloud & Managed Services etc.).
Our ability to execute such venture partnership based
OPD adds another dimension to our capabilities. Unlike
other software services companies, SenecaGlobal is able
to work on leading edge technologies that convert
concepts and ideas into viable and commercially successful
products. In the context of Indian software services
industry, only very few companies can get opportunities
to solve such complex problems. We get to work on
technologies that even Indian captive centers do not get
to.
Today we have seven such deals we are joined in. We
are very optimistic that a few of them will soon have
substantial funding or partial liquidity events where we
will realize significant upside relative to our investment.
Not only do we feel strongly that these types of
opportunities can provide far greater upside to SenecaGlobal
financially than our normal client retainer engagement
model, it also positions us as a unique, forward thinking
OPD company. One which we have already been recognized
as by outside entities implying a value greater than
traditional OPD firms. The second half of 2019 should
prove to be most interesting, so stay tuned.
In this issue of ShareGyaan you will read how we have
brought this model to fruition and enabledourclientpartner
portfolio of companies to do something that they may
have been previously unable to do. Enjoy the issue and
as always, we the founders of the company are continually
grateful for your hard work, dedication to all our clients
and making “The SenecaGlobal Company” a leader in
our industry.

Sravanthi Madhapuram is setting records in proactiveness for
all of us. She is an enthusiastic student of Artificial Intelligence
(AI) in NASSCOM’s Women Wizards Rule Tech program.
NASSCOM recently did a week-long celebration of
International Women’s Day 2019. One of the activities in the
same was “Let’s #BalanceforBetter”.
NASSCOM’s description of the event: was “Let’s
#BalanceforBetter: Balance drives a better working world.
Let's all help create a #BalanceforBetter. So put your hands
out and strike the #BalanceforBetter POSE and make
International Women's Day YOUR day - and do what you can
to truly make a positive difference for women everywhere.”
The participants also needed to tag 10 other women
professionals while posting the picture. The main agenda was
to identify that women of a particular company really perceive
and appreciate the balance that their organization strives to
bring to them and also to recognize organizations that go this
extra mile.
Although Sravanthi found out about this in the last moment,
she did not let that become an excuse. She stepped out of her
comfort zone and reached out to Admin, NASSCOM spoc and
our assosiate Narasimha N to help her get the right picture.
Her proactive efforts to showcase her and SenecaGlobal’s
#Balanceforbetter commitment has really paid off well with
recognition from NASSCOM too. She made all of this happen
in an hours’ time!

Core Values
We bring to you, in this edition a glimpse into a few success
stories that go on to prove the ingrained nature of the values
that we, the associates and leadership of SenecaGlobal, hold
so close to our hearts.
SenecaGlobal makes a crucial investment in Associate rewards
and recognitions. Any task by either an individual or a team
that emphasizes our values and boosts the output being
delivered to a client – whether internal or external – is
rewarded. Among the several categories of awards, we have
the “Bravo – Instant Recognition Award” which is given to
immediately acknowledge and commend the contribution
made by an associate or a team. Another category is the “RISE
– Instant Recognition Award” which is given to recognize the
phenomenal accomplishment of a team for delivery
excellence, resulting in client/management appreciation.
This quarter saw the following set of people go beyond their
call of duty and deliver exceptional results.
Client Centricity ValueBravo Instant Recognition - Nitesh Jha (8/3/2019)
Client engaged SenecaGlobal in September, 2018 for a Data
Warehouse project involving hybrid set of technologies such
as C#, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL Server 2016 and Power BI. Nitesh
Jha started the project as a one-man show and soon was able
to instil confidence in client about SenecaGlobal abilities to
deliver quality software. This has resulted in addition of two
more resources within couple of months.
Client also started engaging SenecaGlobal resources on an
external project. Client team faced challenges using “Azure
Logic App” service to connect to “Azure Blob Storage” on the
cloud. Client onsite team spent considerable amount of time
and efforts to integrate Azure services with SSIS, but to no
avail. The client then approached SenecaGlobal for help to
solve this issue.
As Nitesh was new to this technology, he self-taught Azure
services and developed “Proof of Concept” within a week. He
created a “Logic App” for transferring files using SFTP (Secure
File Transfer Protocol) to and from “Azure Blob Storage” and
demonstrated the solution to the client. The client manager,
Bruce Fitzgerald, was extremely impressed with Nitesh’s
initiative and problem-solving skills. Nitesh has now become
the go-to-person for the global team (both onsite client as well
as offshore teams) for all Azure integration related tasks. The
title next to Nitesh’s name in the client org-chart reads –
‘Offshore BI & Azure Lead developer and Answer man’
Nitesh’s ability to stretch beyond his comfort zone, and his
tenacious pursuit of excellence was well recognized by Ron
Bourn: Nitesh is doing an awesome job on the Y Benefits
project. He is well regarded by the client team and in fact is
given tasks that they admittedly do not know how to resolve
themselves. He has repeatedly been able to complete those
assignments with short turn-around and then "train" the client
team on the solution. Bruce (our main contact on the client’s
side) is aware of this and has openly acknowledged that to
me.
“Bravo Instant Recognition” was awarded to Nitesh Jha for
living the values of ‘Client Centricity’ and ‘Tenacious Pursuit of
Excellence’.

System Administrators at client included executing “post
month-end” jobs manually, monitor them, and distribute their
reports manually to the respective users. After retirement of a

senior client associate, a new person (with no exposure to
client) was assigned to perform these activities.
SenecaGlobal’s client team chipped in to automate the “post
month-end” activities. This requires a good understanding of
the complex job setups, assigning users to specific job queues,
sending notifications to the respective users flawlessly.
Our client’s Maintenance team successfully delivered
automation of “post month-end” tasks and reports
distributions. This was moved to production to perform March
month-end activities.
SenecaGlobal off-shore team had limited knowledge on these
activities and didn’t have proper environment and access
rights to test all the steps. Leveraging software engineering
best practices, team developed and tested it within the
limitations, and rolled it out to production.
The team has done an outstanding job in delivering the
Month-End automation tasks first time right.
Remarks:
Appreciation from Murray (Technical Manager):
“Everything ran successfully and in under 3 hours. So excellent
job on this. Entire month-end automation completed within 3
hours, never happened in the history of the company. That
was excellent, Wow”
Power of Team work
RISE Instant Recognition Award - Cross Functional Team
(Delivery, Finance and HR) (1/5/2019)
As part of the ongoing SenecaGlobal efforts to go “GREEN”,
automate internal operations, and provide better services to
associates, a team was formed to create and distribute annual
“Compensation and Benefit Package Letters” electronically.
Objective of the team was to provide HR the ability to deliver
personalized letters securely to all the associates by email, at
a pre-defined time in a short span.
Cross-functional team included
Delivery team – Amit Parse, Yagnabhargavi Penumacha and
Manasa Kothapalli
Finance representative – Abhilash Kukkadapu
HR team – Ajay Mali and Sabnam Nissa
Delivery Team (Amit, Yagnabhargavi and Manasa) designed
and developed a solution to prepare automated emails with
password protected PDF file attachment, based on the given
parameters. User acceptance testing is done by Abhilash, Ajay
and Sabnam. They also did a few dry runs to ensure flaw-less
execution. At stake is the associates trust and belief in
SenecaGlobal to do things right the first time.
As planned, team could deliver “Compensation and Benefit
Package Letters” to all the associates on Friday night.
Delivered solution was secure (password protected), and
green (no paper used). The application developed was
configurable, which can be used to deliver personalized
electronic bulk letters/emails for other purposes. Here are
some appreciations received by the team:

Bravo Instant Recognition - Jayendhra Nallanagula (
12/2/2019)
SenecaGlobal E-Newsletter is considered a prestigious
deliverable by the newsletter team. Every quarter, each
portfolio owner contributes articles, pictures, talent snippets
from associates across India, and US offices. The entire
content goes through two stages of proofing and reaches the
design phase a month before the release date.
Jayendhra Nallanagula has been significantly contributing to
the design phase every quarter. The newsletter is a
consortium of happenings in SenecaGlobal coupled with
themes that speak in tandem with the text. Each edition’s
design is different – carefully planned to map the central
theme of the particular edition.
Jayendra has stretched on weekends to complete the
Newsletter Edition Q1 2019, in spite of his hectic client project
delivery work. This has helped the newsletter team to release
the same on time.
“Bravo Instant Recognition” was awarded to Jayendhra
Nallanagula for living the ‘Tenacious Pursuit of Excellence’

Bravo Instant Recognition - Praveen Kandula (13/5/2019)
One of our clients, is a leading product information and digital
asset management company that enables its clients to
increase in-store and eCommerce sales using detailed product
information, and optimize in-store and shelf layouts to
facilitate higher sales.
GMI (General Mills) is one of the largest clients of our client.
GMI consumes API services of “Product Information
Management” (PIM) application to create, update, refresh data
in client. GMI needed significant PMI API customizations to
meet their business needs. Praveen Kandula completed GMI
customizations without impacting other clients. Praveen also
monitored API requests, and worked long hours interacting
with GMI team providing inputs for flawless integration.

Demonstrating a honest, open and respectful culture
Bravo Instant Recognition - Sirish Tallapak (22/1/2019)
Our website, SenecaGlobal.com was built using PHP version
5.6. “The PHP Group” has decided to withdraw support for the
PHP version 5.6, and advised migration to later versions.
Running the older version posed potential security risk. The
website hosting service provider recommended to upgrade
our website codebase to PHP version 7.2.
SenecaGlobal marketing team approached the agency that
originally built our website for the upgrade, but their cost
estimate was high, leading to the decision to leverage
SenecaGlobal offshore PHP associates for the upgrade. Sirish
Tallapak thoroughly analysed the existing code and made
necessary code changes to migrate to PHP version 7.2, and
completed the upgrade. Sirish completed the migration within

Bravo Instant Recognition - Azharuddin Mohammad andManisha Siram (1/2/2019)
One of our clients in the insurance domain identifies and
assigns “Adjusters” to their client’s insurance claims and raises
invoices to bill for Adjuster services.
Client was using an in-house built dispatch tool for identifying
and assigning Adjusters to the claims. SenecaGlobal’s offshore
team was assigned the task to build a tool to develop adjuster
search based on specified criteria, to simplify Adjuster
identification and assigning. The tool was to help the Client to
filter out the adjusters based on the specified filter criteria,
and see adjuster details on the google map based on their
coordinates within the specified radius.
Although the our team had limited exposure to Angular 7.0 to
build the search tool, Azharuddin Mohammad and Manisha
Siram took ownership of building this search tool. They
understood the requirements and enhanced their skills on
Angular to develop the tool and integrated it with
“Automation” application built by SenecaGlobal through REST
APIs. Team delivered the adjuster search tool on time, which
was well appreciated by the client.
"I started using the app this morning, really liking it so far!" -
Matt Cronican, Director of Customer Success
“Bravo Instant Recognition” was awarded to Azharuddin
Mohammad and Manisha Siram for their learning appetite
and delivering the product on time.
This is just the tip of the iceberg!
