FRESHER PARTY 2012

Freshers party is like a platform where juniors can minglewith the seniors and create an atmosphere of friendly
interaction. Senior students of RBMI arranged freshersparty on 4th October 2012 to welcome the newcomers and
make the freshers feel good about being a part of the
college. The party organized at the Campus manifested
youth and enthusiasm at its full flow.
The fresher party of RBMI Business School was full ofvigor. The seniors whole heartedly welcomed the faculty
members and the freshers. The auspicious day began
with lighting of the lamp and garlanding of Goddess
Saraswati.The Executive Director of the Institute Mrs. Tejal G.
Mathur addressed and welcomed the students and wished
them success and a bright future. The major events were
dancing and singing performance by students. There were
many other activities among juniors and seniors like saree
wearing competition, paper dance, pick and put game.
Beena and Swati mesmerized the audience with their
Punjabi dance. Lalit Kumar, Jyoti and Jyotikamal Pandey
had everyone laughing with their rib tickling jokes and
filled the environment full of laughter. The party was
accompanied with the delicious mouth watering
refreshments, lunch and DJ party at the venue.

The PDP session was organized to enhance the ability of
the students to work in team in different environment.
Some real time situations were given to the students and
told how to handle these situations.
October 06, 2012 In todays cut throat competition it is necessary
not only to impart the quality education but also
to develop interpersonal skills and overall
personality to face the global challenges.
In this regard, RBMI Business School isconducting the Personality Development
Programme (PDP) on regular basis as a part of
co-curricular activities to develop
communication skills, interpersonal skills and
ability to work in team in different environment.
RBMI also invites its Alumni to come and join PD
program to upgrade their competence. This is free of
cost.

RBMI conducted workshop on Personality
Development on October 20,2012. The main
focus of the workshop was to developinterpersonal skills among the students. The
students were given various activities so that they
can learn how to develop various communication
skills and interpersonal skills.
