One of the machines will not start has frozen up.

The oxygen consumption is too high.

The machine switches on but nothing happens even if you override manually.

The right hand pressure gauge is below 2.5 bars on all dosers.

The right hand pressure gauge is above 2.5 bars on one of the dosers.

The pressure on the right hand pressure gauge does not reach 2.5 bars on one of the dosers.

The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge stays at 0 on one of the dosers. The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge is above 2 bars on one of the dosers.

The Norton tube (noodle) on the outlet of one of the dosers disconnects constantly.

Pipe blocked - replace it.

Note: This happens if you switch off the device without taking the diffuser out of the wine or if you leave it to soak in cleaning solution without disconnecting it.

If effect, the wine or cleaning solution will consume the oxygen in the tubes and rise up to the dosing device, crystallise, block all the tubes and may even damage the dosing module, resulting in

it needing to be replaced.

It is very important to remove the diffuser from the tank and to disconnect it as soon as it is no longer in use.
