Thanksgiving is Thanksliving #3
Thanksgiving is a National Family Celebration to thank God for all the blessings that
He has given unto us so far this year. Take time and think seriously about how
blessed you are; you may not have what you WANT but you can make it on what
you got.
Those of you who doubt your blessings, come go with me to Haiti and you will un-
derstand. We certainly do live in the land of the free. We can rejoice in the fact
that the Earth is still good and can provide our needs. We have some family and
friends and church sisters and brothers who are still loyal.
But there can be no true Thanksgiving without us living a life of sacrifice. Our grati-
tude should lead to JOY, and our joy to a renewed commitment to God, our family,
and our country. We must use what our God has given us to His glory and honor
and we must teach others to do the same.
Beware lest you forget God (Deut. 6:12).
Don’t be like the little girl who had a tea party, she said, “ I had a little tea party this
afternoon at three. It was very small three guest in all, just I, myself, and me. My-
self ate all the sandwiches, while I drank up the tea. I ate the pie and passed the
cake to me”.

Annual Youth Rally...
Our Annual NWT Youth Rally is on January 13-14 (48 days away) and we are looking
to fill our volunteer spots and we’ll need some special stuff that you might have
laying around the house. You can sign up for a volunteer position between now

at the bottom of the screen. Thank you in advance for your help!
Parents Night Out...
Attention Parents! We are having a “Parents Night Out” as a service to you! The
date is Saturday, December 17 from 5-9 (Yep, four hours of free time). Your kids
will have the opportunity for games, crafts, videos, worship and of course dinner
and snacks! All of this at no cost to you! We hope you can use this time to finish
holiday shopping, go on a date with your spouse, take a nap, do laundry, clean
house, visit friends or just relax! Got a neighbor or friend who could use some
help? Send them our way! We just need all parents to sign up and let us know how
many kids they are bringing no later than December 15! Feel compelled to donate
something? All monetary donations will go to Tampa Youth Missions.
Please have a Medical Release filled out for your child and any guests. Forms are
