RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT

Distributed Generation Commercial and Utility Scale Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems - NGTP offers consulting, fund raising, co-development and management services for projects throughout North and South America, the Middle East and East Africa. NGTP and its strategic solar partner Solar Direct,LLC can act as the Primary or as Co‐Developers, work independently with other Developers and EPC Contractors or act as Independent Project Consultants, Project Owners or Lenders Representatives. NGTP Service includes investigation of additional alternative energy technologies.MQ Quartermaster’s Solar Liquid Power (SLP) – NGTP acts as Business Developers for MQ Quartermasters, the developers of SLP. As Business Developers, NGTP’s goal is to recruit commercial/industrial licensees of this game changing solar nano-coating solar technology, which allows the “solarization” of almost any substrate, at two to two and a half times the efficiency of commercial solar PV cells and at a fraction of the cost. NGTP is looking for OEM’s interested in applying this coating to glass, fabrics, plastics, building siding, roof-tiles, fiberglass and many other substrates.Renewable Energy Storage Systems – NGTP represents one of the leading manufacturers of grid-scale battery energy storage systems, custom manufactured for utility grade sized solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. These stackable Battery modules can stack together to provide the necessary amount of storage needed for the project, where power on demand can be achieved for the system user.Langenburg Technologies (LT) – Water to Power Plants – LT Advanced Water & Power Systems deliver purified potable water through a proprietary process that removes all pollutants and toxins, then a small percentage of this water is converted into clean SynGas fuel for the LT Turbine Generator, producing on-demand electric power on-site - from 5mW to 280mW of power can be delivered along with 250,000 to 1 million gallons/day of clean potable water that can be sold, consumed or put back into the original source of contaminated water. These are Global Sustainable Solutions for…Purifying & Desalinating Water, Generating Power, Cleaning and Detoxing Industrial Effluent & Toxic Waster, provides Portable Frack Water Processing and for Processing Sewage & Solid Waste.

NewGen Tech PartnersAreas of Concentration

Commercial/Industrial Thermal HVAC Cooling systems – NGTP works with partners, SunTrac Solar, to provide industry with commercial and industrial grade Solar Thermal HVAC Supplemental Cooling. NGTP provides design & engineering, financial analysis, procurement of local manufactured Thermal Collectors, project construction and commissioning.Geothermal Power Plants – NGTP works with teaming partners in the development of Geothermal Power plants in East Africa and here in the U.S. market! NGTP acts as business developers creating the relationships, sovereign guarantees, Power Purchase Agreements and securing land and site control for these projects. NGTP works these infrastructure projects as consultants and/or co-developers with various U.S. and African engineering and design teams who organize and manage the construction of these closed loop low temperature geothermal systems. NGTP and it’s partners utilize technology from multiple manufacturers and construction partners depending on project location and size of project. the technologies deployed are modular in their design; this attribute, combined with the closed-loop’s ability to grab heat from a more shallow resource, ideally fits with our expertise in developing self contained utility systems, or micro-grids, where the foundation for that utility becomes the modular, closed loop power plant. Hybrid Geothermal GSHP/HVAC Systems - NGPT and its Tech Partners provide design, engineering and construction management services using advanced Hybrid Geothermal cooling and heating technology from multiple of the U.S.’s oldest and most advanced Geothermal Engineering and Manufacturing groups who furnish and install best practice Geo Heat Exchangers, Hybrid Modules and Ground Source Heat Pump systems.

CURRENT PROJECTS DESCRIPTION

CURRENT STATUS SEPTEMBER 2015

MULTIPLE MEGAWATTS OF TRADITIONAL SOLAR PV HAVE OR ARE BEING PROPOSED FOR ARIZONA INSTALL…NGTP looking to install Solar Carports and Rooftop PV systems for Independent Senior/Assisted Living developers working to expand their network in Arizona. First project is tentatively slated for installation in October 2015.

MQ APPOINTS CARTER ENERGY (CE) AS THE REPRESENTATIVE FOR SAUDI ARABIA AND GULF STATES AND EMIRATES…NGTP in partnership with Carter Energy Services (CE) has agreement from the Saudi Royal Family for its’ first Solar Liquid Power Pilot Project in Riyadh, S.A. Estimated timeline to commissioning will be mid-year 2016. Under discussion is a SLP Distribution Center to be located in Riyadh for opening in 2016 and an SLP Training Center is being discussed for Amman, Jordan in 2016.

LT WATER TO POWER PROJECT SLATED FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA…A old SMUD landfill site is being negotiated and targeted for installation of a 30 megawatt Langenburg Water to Power plant to be commissioned in 2016.

PROJECT PROFILE

PACIFIC MANUFACTURING, PHOENIX, AZ Objective Displacement of approximately 60% of client utility load in client’s 21,000 square foot Downtown Phoenix manufacturing facility.Result Exceeded the objective and facility is averaging around 85% displacement of client’s previous utility energy load.System Developer, Tim Owens, managed the design and installation of this 25 kilowatt (kW) solar electric PV power-integrated roof-top thin-film system. This system is powered by 180 Uni-Solar amorphous thin-film laminates. Each module is burnished directly to a new Cool Roof membrane roof that acts as a support structure for the solar laminates.

CASE STUDY

HUMAN SERVICES CAMPUS, Phoenix, Arizona. The non-profit Human Services Campus in Phoenix, Arizona accommodates the combined facilities for the Central Arizona Shelter Services and four other non-profit homeless services providers and is located on a 7 acre parcel in downtown owned and leased by Maricopa County.

PROJECT The project included a 769 kilowatt photovoltaic system using a combination of fixed-tilt roof-mounted arrays and solar powered parking shade structure arrays. Additional energy savings are accomplished by the installation of a water-cooled chiller to replace the air-cooled chiller presently in use. These systems will decrease the current energy use profile and provide an average 80% electric load displacement factor. The PV system will produce approximately 1,789,300 kilowatt hours per year.

CASE STUDY

Client BTS Construction & Redondo Center Partners commissioned a study to determine the feasibility to own and operate this 40,000 sf office building in Yuma, Arizona. This new facility would be leased and would be occupied by the Arizona Department of Economic Security. Objective To reduce energy costs of the building to near a net-zero status, by installing roof‐mounted solar photovoltaics (PV) and solar parking structures. Finance Available tax and utility company incentives would provide a return on investment (ROI) to the 3rd party owners who would structure lease payments to the facility that would be less than the amount currently paid for electricity.System The project included installation of a 353 kilowatt solar system on the property using a combination of fixed‐tilt roof‐mounted arrays, and solar powered parking shade structure arrays. These systems would be designed to decrease the current energy use profile to near zero by providing an average 96% electric load displacement factor. The PV system will produce approximately 581,374 kilowatt hours per year.
