It all began from my patient’s needs. I developed 2 mueslis to support digestive issues and the results were amazing. My patients instantly felt better after incorporating these mueslis into their daily meal plan. The results gave me confidence to believe in myself and launch Food for Health onto the larger market.

So, from humble handmade beginnings, to a national brand, Food for Health products are now stocked throughout

Australia in Coles, Woolworths, Costco and independent supermarkets. Food for Health also exports to over 6 countries.

It’s a lesson we learned early on. The year was 1990, and wholesome, tasty, allergen-’free foods’ were practically nowhere to be found. After one too many fruitless searches, we decided we had to take matters into our own hands – and make tasty, allergen-free food ourselves instead. So we got to work and never looked back. From our headquarters in Melbourne, we made it our mission to not only make delicious and healthy food, but to lead the ‘free from’ food movement in Australia. We helped to establish health sections in supermarkets and adopted the most stringent allergen testing practices in the country. While we started working with a co-packing facility, we soon realized that we could better ensure the integrity of the product if we had our own facility. Today, we manufacture all our products—our organic, gluten free and vegan crackers, pretzels and cookies in our own dedicated gluten free facility.

Dale and I run the business together. He has been essential in building up the business

infrastructure and managing the phenomenal growth we have experienced. I focus my energy on product and brand development, as well as meeting and interacting with you, the growing Mary’s Gone Crackers’ community. RHYTHM FOODS

In 2009, Rhythm Superfoods began producing its line of great-tasting, nutritionally dense specialty foods that supermarkets were lacking. For 57 years, Rudolph Foods’ commitment to excellence has been passed from generation to generation, just like their love for flavorful, traditional pork rinds snacks.

In 1955, John Rudolph learned of an untapped market for pork rinds and the Ohio entrepreneur quickly launched his own company producing pork rinds from smoked bacon rinds. Two years later, the company would face its first big challenge, the meat industry no longer smoked the rind on the bacon. Under pressure to save their fledgling business, John’s wife, Mary, put her home economics background to work and

invented a revolutionary process the company still uses today. With Mary’s surefire recipe and John’s leadership, Rudolph Foods became a snack industry success story. Since then, John and his sons have continued to dramatically expand their business and the family tradition.
