Introduction

Nicaria Sdn. Bhd. (NSB) is a wholly-owned Sabah

Bumiputra company. NSB was incorporated & established

in July 1997 with a business focus towards construction

and property development.

NSB is a registered Class A Contractor with Pusat

Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) and a Grade G7 Construction

Industry Development Board (CIDB) Contractor.

Accredited with ISO 9001 certification since 2008, and

with over 13 years of experience in the construction

industry, NSB has emerged as one of the most reputable

contractors in Sabah, and in Malaysia.

NSB’s achievements were made possible through a

combination of a dynamic management team and

dedicated supporting staff, while adhering strictly to

policies of timely completion, quality workmanship and

cost effectiveness.

Executive Chairman Datuk Ag. Buhtamam Ag. Mahmun, ASDK, PGDK Datuk Ag. Buhtamam Ag. Mahmum is the founder of Nicaria Sdn. Bhd. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, USA with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry Science, specializing in Forestry Management and Finance. Datuk Ag. Buhtamam was Assistant Director of Forestry at the Sabah Forestry Department in Sandakan, a post he held until 1997. Datuk Ag. Buhtamam is currently the Vice President of the Malay Chamber of Commerce of Malaysia as well as holding the post of President of Malay Chamber Of Commerce of Malaysia, Sabah Branch. He is also an Advisory Board Member of Kota Kinabalu City Hall (DBKK) Sabah, and is a Board of Director of the Malaysian Productivity Corporation. He also holds the rank of Major (Hon) of Series 1/97, in the 507th Regiment of the Malaysian Army Reserves.

Executive Director Haji Rimin Midin @ Maidin, ASDK & ADK Haji Rimin Maidin is the Executive Director of Nicaria Sdn. Bhd. since 2001. He was previously the Political Secretary to the Chief Minister of Sabah at the Chief Minister’s Department before joining the company. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Civil & Syariah) from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
