• Rifle Team competed on a national level • Rifle Club hosted a
successful collegiate match that drew teams from across the country
Brief History
• Undefeated in the Willamette Valley Smallbore League since 2000
• Both aggregate and handicap scores• 67 years without an accident or “cease fire” called• Three Oregon State shooters won their divisions at the
Oregon Smallbore State Championships last year• Helped establish rifle clubs and rifle teams at:• California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo• Clarion University (Oil City, PA)
• Established a bi-annual fundraiser• ROTC Rifle Match
• Almost doubled last years club membership during Fall term
Successes this year
• Replace obsolete rifles
• Establish at least one annual fundraiser a term• ROTC Rifle match in Fall and Spring• Hoping to successfully host a Greek Rifle Competition this Winter; if
successful then we would like to make this an annual event

2011-2012: 141 registered members (end of Fall term)• More and more students are continuing to come practices
and matches consistently than in previous years• Now very common for the range to be full• We have 12 operational club rifles• 16 shooting stations in the range; 8 upstairs and 8
downstairs

the non-capital equipment fund this year• Replace one every year after until all obsolete rifles
