Some places also feature live music. Sport bars with pool tables or with big TV screens and Irish pubs can also be found. There are a few discos around town, but the better ones seem to cater more towards young Thais and could be very crowded at the weekend. Some hotels offer chic and more sophisticated night out.

Just opened for a year and 4 months but grow up very fast and now “La Birra” is one of the most popular places to hang out of Hua Hin.
La Birra is founded by a beer lover, Khun Tum, who has been collecting beers from all over the world and wants to introduce all the beers he has tried and loved with the concept that La Birra would be the place that offers the hugest selection of beers for the customers. That’s why the place is called “La Birra” which means ‘beer’ in Italian language.
Located in Khao Takiab area, opposite Cicada Market, the building is a modern craft collection style, which has high ceiling and many open spaces. Step inside you would find lots of collecting items on the shelves and wall.
Everyday except Tuesday live music would perform from 9.30 p.m.; starting with jazzy and easy listening music and getting more dance rhythm later in the night.
The most crowded night would be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Main visitors are first jobbers and young professionals from Bangkok and Hua Hin area, as well as tourists drawn from Cicada Market and a small number of foreigners.
Apart from a huge selection covering over 100 kinds of beers from around the world such as Hoegaarden (Belgian), Kwak (Belgian), Wasteiner pils (German), Bavaria (Dutch), the selections of premium wine, cocktails, Thai-European fusion food, Pizza and Tapas are also served. Try their tender chicken with fresh lime sauce and Tuna steak with pesto dressing. The presentation is very beautiful as its taste.
