Nine Mile Baptist Association
What is it?
A Baptist Association is a community of churches
networking through strategic missional efforts
to fulfill the Great Commission locally,
nationally, and internationally.
We the We the peoples of these Nine Mile Baptist Churches choose to cooperate in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40). Therefore we agree:
to provide training and resources to participate in local and global missions
By giving of our time, talents, and finances thus enabling the churches to do together what we could not do alone for the glory of God.
Our Mission Statement:
There are layers to the SBC Missions program.
The local association is closest to the churches geographically as the first layer.
The state convention (IBSA) is the Regional Layer.
The North American Mission Board (NAMB) is the National Layer.
The International Mission Board (IMB) is the Global Layer.
