Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Tampa, FL, the National Institute for Storage Tank Management (NISTM) is a non-profit organization that provides ed-ucational opportunities, resources and training semi-nars about the operation, regulation, and manage-
ment of underground and aboveground storage tank systems. The Institute has a partnership with the National Organization of State AST Program Managers, and works with numerous state and federal organizations responsible for storage tank regulation, oil spill prevention and response, in addition to inter-state liquid petroleum pipeline regulation.
This conference is designed for engineers, managers or other in dividuals involved with operations, construction, environmen-tal compliance, spill prevention and response or management activi ties associated with aboveground storage tanks.
