Receive successful upload message
NLI and athletics aid agreement must be
combined in one pdf.
Organize each pdf (NLI and aid agreement) in
computer folders (e.g.,signing year/sport/signee name) for efficient upload.
Size of pdf must be less than 2 MB. If larger than 2 MB…Open pdf, click file, save as, reduced
size pdf.
Multiple NLIs cannot be uploaded since each NLI
is matched with the PSA’s NCAA ID. Still a fast process!
Continue upload steps for each signee.
If NLI is not uploaded, PSA will remain on the list with a NO.
PSA will no longer be included on the search list if PSA signs NLI
with another institution and once the Conference Office validates
the NLI.
NLI signees will show on the institution’s NLI report
after the Conference Office validates the NLI.

Select Pending NLI List
Conference office NLI administrator will see all NLIs
uploaded by the conference’s member institutions
Click on NCAA ID to open the signee’s record.
Open Uploaded NLI
and Aid Agreement
Enter signing date
and NLI status.

The Entry Date is the date the conference office
validates the NLI.
NLI signee will not appear on the conference’s
pending list once NLI is validated
Conference NLI administrator will need to regularly check
pending list in order to know NLIs have been uploaded
and ready for conference validation.
