Once you have completed the course, the learning path status will say completed and the completion date will also appear as shown below. Your Trust L&OD training record will be updated automatically.
Pass mark attempts:
When the assessment screen loads and states you only have three attempts to pass, this is actually incorrect and can be ignored.
You are allowed as many attempts as needed to gain a pass mark.
Accessing e-Learning from Home
Before you access e-Learning from home you need to request Internet access. On a Trust PC log into ESR and click on 352 e-Learning User link (see the Logging in section of this guide) and then the Request Internet Access Link
You will be presented with a form similar to the one below below, enter a username of your choice and a password.
You cannot use your ESR username and your password must have one letter and number.
Click on Submit

If successful, you will see the screen below.
Requests for home access are, in the first instance, sent to the person who is
identified as your supervisor within ESR. This person will need to log into ESR and approve (or reject) the request by viewing their notifications. These notifications will
remain with your supervisor for 5 to 7 days before being passed to their supervisor. It is therefore recommended that you do this at a time when your supervisor is available
to approve it.
In the event you have no supervisor identified in ESR, the request will be sent to L&OD administrators and will usually be approved within 24 hours.
Approval is usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends) and you will need to check back on this screen to confirm approval. Once you have been approved, run the PC Checker (See section Before you Begin). You can then access the e-learning from a non trust computer at the following address.
