• During the training trainers will present required theory and organize maximum of practical work with participants

• All exercises are performed by participants in pairs, trios and small groups - in the morning.

• All Participants will be provided with the working manuals where complete instructions of NLP techniques will be described.

• The theoretical part is held in the afternoon and includes two new themes for each day.

• At the end of training, students take written and oral evaluation of the knowledge and skills upon which receive a certificate

1st lesson: NLP Presuppositions, The NLP Model of the World and the personal belief-system.

2nd lesson: Extended use of the sensory system and how to create better rapport (contact) to someone.

Sunday April 1st

1st lesson: A Further exploration and understanding of the personal Model of the World. Exploration and work on personal values. How to motivate people in general by using knowledge of their values.

2nd lesson: The practical use of sub modalities. The practical tool to create internal flexibility in communication and to control personal emotions.

Monday April 2nd

1st lesson: The Meta-model. Understanding the structure of the language. How to use this knowledge in progressive communication.

2nd lesson: Anchoring. What is it and how to use it in practice. Model for personal use and for client use.

Tuesday April 3rd

1st lesson: How to create a balanced goal for yourself and for others. The practical use with clients and in management. How to become a more effective manager by communicating clear goals. How to use the neurological level model in practice to increase the result of a goal.

2nd lesson: The Walt Disney Creativity Model. The use of this model with oneself and with others.

Wednesday April 4th

1st lesson: The use of linguistic models in praxis to achieve the maximum result in

communication and negotiation with clients and in management. The negotiation model

and how to get the result you want. Discussion of ethical questions related to this.

2nd lesson: 1st, 2nd and 3rd position and the practical use of framing and reframing. How

to use the Aligning Perceptual Positions model with oneself and in client work.

Thursday April 5th

1st lesson: Coaching. What is it and how to use it in practice with clients and in management. What can coaching be used for? Personal state in coaching and ethical questions connected to the use of coaching with clients or in management.

2nd lesson: Personal strategies in general. Motivation- and decision strategy. How to create success of a team by motivating individually and flexible. Repetition of techniques and processes so far. Demonstration of techniques in plenum.

Friday April 6th

1st lesson: What are internal psychological parts? How to find them and how to balance them.

2nd lesson: Summary and repetition. Preparing for evaluation.

Saturday April 7th

1st lesson: Written and practical evaluation.

2nd lesson: The Personal Creating the life you want process. Questions for further studies. ICTA. Certification and closing down.
