– Scanning personnel create batches in Capture Professional to process both mailed and faxed documents

– Outbound documents are bar coded and when the document is received back the system will automatically index and/or assign to workflow queue

– Ad-hoc documents received are placed in indexing workflow for staff to act upon

The intent of this project is to provide customers a user-friendly (single userid and password) solution while establish a stronger security posture for DWS agency.

Application Change: Implement a single-sign-on (SSO) solution with multiple applications (UIA, WOTC, L & I, and VOSS) while improving authentication, authorization and accounting for customers credentials.
