Subject: Grant of Modified Assured Career Progression (MACP) to Statistical Investigator Grade II of SSS.

In pursuance of DOP&T's guidelines on MACPs and on the recommendation of the Screening Committee, meeting of which was held on 12u1 November 2013, the Competent

Authority . has approved grant of 1st, 21'd and 3r`t MACP in Grade Pay of Rs. 4600. Rs. 4800 and Rs. 5400 in Pay Band -2, on personal basis, to Statistical Investigator Grade II of Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS) who have completed 10, 20 and 30 years of regular service on or between 01,09,2008 to 31.03.2014 as per details given below;

2. The officers are entitled for fixation of pay as per the provisions of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2008 and the MACP guidelines.

3. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organization of SSS are requested to fix the pay under higher Grade Pay after due verification of eligibility condition of MACP from the service records of the officers.

The Participating Ministries / Department / Organizations of SSS are requested to see that officer placed in the higher Grade Pay under MACP, is not under suspension or no charge sheet has been issued or no disciplinary proceeding or prosecution case for criminal charge is pending against him

5 The officer, if any, who is under currency of penalty, will be placed in the next higher Grade Pay only on expiry of that period.

6. The Participating Ministries / Departments / Organizations of SSS are requested to providee copy of this order to all concerned incumbents and place a copy of the same in the servicee book of the officials..
