TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed companies/firms registered with the Sales

Tax/Income Tax Department for procurement of Stationery items, Computer Stationery, Printing

Items and Other Items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:-

• The bidders should attach 5% CDRs (refundable) bank draft of the estimated cost in the

name of District and Sessions Judge, Kasur without which tender will not be considered.

• Technical and Financial bids should be submitted separately in two envelops.

• Capabilities with respect to personnel, equipment and accessories.

• Profile of firm/company, including financial status and verifiable projects completed

during last two years.

• Estimated cost is given in the table.

District and Sessions Judge, Kasur on a payment of Rs.500/-(Non-refundable) during

working hours from the date of advertisement.

5. Technical and Financial bids should be received through courier till 12:30 PM of the

i 27. The unsolicited, late and delayed tenders shall not be considered. 28. Any correction or contribution or alteration in the tender must be signed in full by

the same person who is signing the tender for and on behalf of the tenderer. 29. The purchaser does not pledge himself to accept the lowest tender and reserves

himself the right of accepting the whole or any part of the tender or portion of the quantity offered and the tenderer shall supply the same at rate quoted. The tenderer is at liberty to tender for the whole or any portion or the state in the tender that the quoted shall apply only if the entire quantity is purchased.

30. Acceptance by the purchaser will be communicated by letter of acceptance formal "ACCEPTANCE OF TENDER". Where acceptance is communicated by telegram of letter or advance acceptance of tender, the formal acceptance of tender shall be acted upon immediately.

31. The tenderer must always give tender for brand new store/stocks of latest design made according to the modern manufacturing practice.

32. Where offer had been invited in the specified brand, offer for the other brands shall not be acceptable.

33. Purchase committee shall be authorized to cancel or reject any or all the tenders without explaining any reasons, partially or wholly.

34. Against ingenious stores tenders who manufactures must indicate name and address of the work place in Pakistan from where they intend to supply the store. Other than manufacturer tenderer must enclose certificate their manufacturer as under falling which the offer shall be ignored.

12. The quotations shall be submitted on the basis of counting unit specified in the invitation to tender.

13. A certificate should be given by the tenderer that they will be responsible for the free replacement of stores/stocks if the same is found to be substandard and or at variance with the specification given in the tender enquiry, the tenderer must be clearly identifying variations in their offers. The store offered of specifications superior to the one specified in the tender enquiry shall however be acceptable.

14. In case of experiment in delivery period regarding imported or manufacture ring item will be extendable.

15. The purchaser is District and Sessions Judge, Kasur.

16. The inspection authority will be one as specified in the contract resulting from this tender.

17. The quotation shall be submitted for the unit as specified in the invitation to tender.

18. The tenderer shall keep his question valid acceptance upto 4 days from the date of opening of tender unless otherwise specified.

19. The condition of contract in PR-Xx as demanded to date, shall apply to all the contracts placed by the District and Sessions Judge, Kasur.

20. The successful tenderer shall furnish at the option of the purchaser security deposit or bank guarantee or both upto 10% of the value of the contract for the satisfactory completion of contract without any interest being charge on it.

21. The tenderer shall furnish complete information and particulars as specified in the "invitation to tender".

22. Tender samples are required to be submitted with the quotation. Tender sample shall not be less than the quantity, necessary for test as specified and shall have a sealed label affixed these particulars.

23. All the tenders shall be opened at the time and date specified in the invitation to tender. The tenderer's representative shall be present at opening of the tenders.

24. The person signing the tender on behalf of the tenderer must specify the authority, that to say whether he signs as the sole proprietor, active managing partner, managing director, acting director, manager secretary or "per procurationer" for the firm and if is required shall have to produce copy of the document authorizing him to sign the tender.

25. The submission of tender against the invitation to tender by tenderer shall be deemed to be read and accepted the conditions specified in the invitation to tender. Further the tenderer shall be deemed to be fully aware of the nature of goods required and shall be bound to accept the contract, if placed with him on the basis of his process within the validity of his tender.

26. The tenderer shall certify in his tender that stores offered for sully shall be strictly in accordance with the requirement set out in the invitation to tender.

PROFORMA TENDER

Enquiry for purchase on free delivery to consignee basis schedule invitation to

Note: Please read the following instructions carefully.

1. Any offer not received as per terms and conditions of the tender enquiry is liable to be ignored. No offer shall be considered if:-

i. Received without earnest money from un-registered firm. i i . It is received after the date and time fixed for its receipt. iii. The tender is unsigned. iv. The offer is ambiguous. v. The offer is conditional. vi. The offer is from a firm, blacklisted, suspended or removed from the

approved list. vii. The offer is received by telegram/email/Fax. viii. Offer received with shorter validity than required in the tender enquiry. ix. The offer is for store not confirming to specification indicated in the

tender enquiry. 2. Offer will remain valid till 30.06.2019 from the date of opening. 3. The purchaser reserves the rights to purchase full or part of the store or

ignore/scrap/cancel without assigning reason. 4. (a) If the acceptance of tender issued during the valid period of offer is not

accepted by the tenderer. Earnest shall be forfeited and the store purchase at his risk and expense. (b) In case, the offer is withdrawn, amended or revised during the validity period

of the offer, the earnest money will be forfeited. (c) In case, the contractor fails to execute the contract strictly in accordance with

the terms and conditions laid down in the contract. The security deposits by him shall be forfeited and the store purchase at his risk and expense.

( d ) The buyer reserves the right to claim compensation for the loss caused by the delay in the delivery of store.

5. The store is required by the consignee within one month. However, the tenderer is required to indicate his own guarantee earliest date by which the store will be supplied.

6. Tenders should be addressed to the District and Sessions Judge, Kasur. 7. Tenderer should quote their firm and final rate both in words as well as in figure.

Negotiation will be held with lowest bidder if required. 8. Any conditional, ambiguous or incomplete offer in any respect shall be ignored.

No supplementary or revised offer after the opening of tender shall be entertained. 9. The tenderer indicate in their tenders, the complete address or the place/places

where stores will be offered for inspection. 10. The tenderer should be specifically indicating their General Sales Tax

Registration No., Income Tax No. and circle of the Income Tax Department. 11. Any erasing/cutting/crossing etc. appearing in the offer must be properly signed

by the pardon signing the tender. Moreover, all pages to be tendered must be properly signed. Offers with any overwriting shall in no circumstances be accepted.
