Now held in Casper, the conference is an opportunity for physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants to network with specialists. General InformationFrontiers in Primary Care is held at the Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center, 800 N. Poplar Street, Casper, Wyoming. Thursday night’s events will be held in the theater room. Friday and Saturday’s events will be held in the ballrooms.
Check in will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 19, for the NPs and PAs and at 7:30 a.m. Friday, April 20 for physicians. Conference participants and a guest are cordially invited to attend the Friday night reception at the Nicolaysen Art Museum & Discovery Center, 400 E. Collins Drive.
Vendor exhibits will be set up throughout the conference. They are great supporters of this conference, so please show your appreciation by visiting them. Have all vendors sign your visitor card and you will be entered in a drawing.
Lecture power points and conference evaluations will be available at the beginning of the conference, to those who register.
AccreditationThis activity has been approved by Wyoming Medical Center for up to 15.5 hours of continuing medical education in Category I. Each physician should claim only the number of hours actually spent in this activity. Wyoming Medical Center is accredited by the Colorado Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
AccommodationsThe Ramkota has given our guests a special discount on rooms. Rooms are newly remodeled double queen or single king rooms, all non-smoking. The block rate is $79.99 plus tax. Room rate is for 1 to 4 people per room per night. Please request the “Frontier Rate” when registering. The block of rooms will be released by March 15, 2018, so please register early.
