From the Show Floor is the first k12 On-Demand video library where food service operators can find episodes of their favorite vendors that are accessible for viewing anytime, anywhere!
What makes this different than anything out there right now? We have staged an actual tradeshow where vendors set up their booths and our “attendees” visited each booth to see what products are available.
Viewers will get to experience the show floor through the power of video!
This event also includes professional development workshops – with a twist!
We will be offering a live workshop in November and another in one December featuring keynote speakers AND networking opportunities with food service professionals from our neighbors in NEW YORK!

This interactive keynote will give participants an entertaining opportunity to grow in a safe environment and walk away with valuable skills that can be put to use immediately.

Jon Colby has been empowering people with improv for over 20 years. From presenting to performing, his engaging, interactive approach has successfully helped audiences across the US to be better communicators, co-workers, teammates, salespeople, doctors, and even [insert your job title here]. Jon combines his master’s in education and his background in theatre to craft a meaningful experience where audiences have the opportunity to apply what they learn. As a graduate from the world-famous Second City Conservatory comedy program and an educator with 15 years of classroom experience, he is able to keep an audience laughing while sharing practical knowledge that they can put to use right away.

Eric Papp is the Founder of Agape Leadership, LLC, an intellectual capital firm focusing on leadership for business performance. He has a successful history of delivering proven strategies for being productive and increasing performance in a complex world. Since 2010 he has worked with thousands of managers and is evaluated as one of North America's top management trainers. He is the author of Leadership By Choice published by John Wiley and Sons and 3 Values of Being An Effective Person and The Priority Planner. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Tampa, FL, with his wife Brieann, their daughter Elliana and their dog Gracie. In his spare time, Eric is active at his church and practicing the kettlebell.
Both sessions shall be recorded and uploaded into the event website for registrants unable to attend live programs, and to have available as an On Demand option as well.

Registration:- You will receive an email confirmation from NJSNA once your registration has been
processed.
Included in this email are the links to pre-register for the live workshops via Zoom Included in this email are the instructions for how to register as a user on the event website
Live Workshops:- You will need to pre-register for the live workshops, as we are manually approving registered attendees only. Please
do not sign up for a live workshop and then skip it, becasue space is limited and breakout rooms/interactive excercises are relying on the attendees that sign up to participate.
- Both workshops shall be recorded and uploaded into the event website so all attendees will have access, even if you arenot able to attend the live version. Again, please do not register and just skip it - cancel your Zoom meeting if you must, so our list remains accurate for the presenters.
- You will need a camera and a microphone to be able to get the "full experience" during the live workshops.
Claiming CEUs:- You will be emailed a customized certificate of completion for the event that you may print out and file for your
records after November 2nd- Certificate is made out to the individual registered attendee only. Anyone else wanting to claim CEUs for this event
will need to register for the event as a user in order to receive "proof" of attendance (just as you would for any in-person event).
Event Website:- The On-Demand video library has it's own website: www.fromtheshowfloor.com and this website is the only way to
access and view the vendor videos and the recorded versions of the workshops.- You will need to register as a user on this website, then your informaiton shall go into a pending status. Once your
informaiton has been confirmed and approved you will be able to have unlimited access to this site after it opens on November 2nd. - After the initial website registration, approved users will simply click "login" each time they visit the website and thenenter their username and password.

Registration is based on each individual user. The first user from each district is $49 and then any additional user from that same district may register with the discounted rate of $19. All non-members shall be charged the non-member rate, regardless of how many users register per district.

Cancellation Policy: NO refunds due to cancellations after November 1, 2020. All cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to the deadline for refunds to be issued.
Registration to From the Show Floor constitutes an agreement by the registrant for NJSNA to use photos, video, and audiotapes taken during the live events.
For admission to the LIVE workshops, registration must be received no later than October 30th
Registrations received after that date shall have access to the recorded versions posted to the website only.
