Top Ten Tips & Tools to Overcome CASIGY SADness

1.Breathea. Belly Breathing

1. Put your hands on your stomach below your waist.2. Breathe from your belly, so that your hands move

up and down as you breathe in and out3. Slow down your breathing, focus especially on

taking longer to exhale4. Continue to do this for several minutes. If you get

light-headed or dizzy, make sure you breathe in more.

5. Fill and empty your lungs as completely as possible with each breath.

frontal lobes7. Let your hand do/go whatever
