Transmission Outage Rules

TSPs can view all transmission and resource outagesresource outages.•A TSP may create a transmission outage for any operating company, station or y p g p y,equipment.

•A TSP can not create a resource outage.

•A TSP can not change the name of the requesting company. That is tied to the digital certificatedigital certificate.

Resource Outage Rules

• QSEs may only schedule and view outages submitted by their company for the Resources in their portfolioin their portfolio

• Must log in separately for sub-QSEs.

Logging On

• Multiple Outage Scheduler windows which are totally independent of one another may be opened in separateindependent of one another may be opened in separate browser sessions.

• MIS automatically logs out after 30 minutes of inactivity –click the OS Refresh often - in each open session! Any non-submitted requests in any open sessions will be lost!non submitted requests in any open sessions will be lost!
