Available in 1ft. Strips
• Remove foam strip from poly bag and cut desired length. Replace the unused portion in poly bag and reseal.
• Use 1" (2.5 cm) of foam strip for each cubic foot (28.3 liters) of protection. One 20 foot roll (6m) protects 240 cubic feet (6.6m 3 )
Step 1) Remove release paper and install foam strip in the upper portion of enclosure.
Step 2) Seal the enclosure to contain the (VCI) protective vapors.
Note: The length of foam strip required to protect your enclosure may vary depending upon service conditions, such as: ambient temperature, porosity of enclosure walls, air changes, etc. For severe exposures at high temperatures, double the length of foam strip used. Continuous service temperature in excess of 150T (65t) should be avoided.
• Store in a dry, dark place below 100°F (37°C).

Adhesive Application Apply GARD Globo Bond Adhesive to one surface of the repair. For a strong bond, you simply need to hold the surfaces firmly together to allow CARD Globo Bond Adhesive to bond instantly. Different types of materials, like rubber, plas-tic and vinyl based materials bond almost instantly. Metals and glass may need up to 30 seconds before the bond is set. Some other materials may require sev-eral minutes to achieve a strong bond. The adhesive will achieve maximum strength in 24 hours. GARD Globo Bond Adhesive can also repair many mixed materials, copper to plastic, rubber to acrylic. NOTE - GARD Globo Bond Adhesive is not suitable for polyethylene, polypropy-lene plastics, PTFE or fiber based materials like paper or cloth. Care of CARD Globo Bond Adhesive. It contains no solvents. It will not dry out in normal use. After each use, clean the nozzle and replace the cap. For longer shelf life, store CARD Globo Bond Adhesive in the refrigerator. Allow adhesive to reach room temperature before next use. Do not mix the caps, or dip the adhesive nozzle into the welding powder. This may cause the adhesive to spoil or neutralize.
Welding Powder Application The CARD Globo Bond Welding Powder can be used to repair, seal and fill gaps in plastic, wood and metal. When activated with GARD Globo Bond Adhesive, it will build a support to strengthen the repair or can be used to weld materials together, just like solder. For deep holes, seal one end with tape. Apply the welding powder in layers, saturating each layer with GARD Globo Bond Adhesive. Do not exceed a maximum depth of 1/16" to 2mm before activating the welding powder with CARD Globo Bond adhesive. This process is repeated until the cavity is full. After a few minutes the repair can now be drilled, filed or sanded, ready for staining or painting.
