TheBaptistCampandConferenceCenter,affectionatelyknownasCampLebanon, is in Lebanon, New Jersey. The 110–acre site is owned and operated by the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey and has served campers and retreat groups since 1949. Our sleepaway camp experience has given campers solid Biblical lessons combined with lots of games, challenges, friendships and many other life–long memories.

Camp features a three–acrelakeusedforboatingandfishing,ahalfOlympicsized swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, gaga pit, low ropes challenge course, hikingtrail,andplentyofopenspaceforrunningandawidevarietyoffieldgames.

One of the most notable sites on camp is our outdoor “Green Cathedral”. It is an outdoor chapel that is used for our formal evening worship services, weather permitting.

Ages 7–13 Half Price, 6 and under FREE.Half week is 3 nights and 9 meals.

We begin camp season with Family Camp, giving familiesanopportunitytodiscoverallthefunofferedat Camp Lebanon. This allows adults and children to kindle lasting friendships. Young children, after becoming familiar with our site and activities, are prepared for a future time when they can join us as campers during their own week.

Sailing Camp I Grades 6–10 L–146July 5–July 11 $485

Sailing Camp IIGrades 6–10 L–147July 26–August 1 $485

Throughout the week, campers learn to sail and participate in small group fellowship as well as various traditional camp activities. Campers must demonstrate the ability to swim 100 feet in water over their heads and tread water for 5 minutes. All participants will be tested upon arrival and must pass this test in order to be a part of the program. Sailing instruction and practice begin on our own lake and move to Round Valley reservoir later in the week. Registration is limited to 28 participants.

Junior I CampGrades 3–4 L–112Grades 5–6 L–121July 5–July 11 $480Junior campers are led by committed Christian counselors and teachers in a range of activities that include (but are not limited to) swimming, boating, sports, low ropes challenge course, arts and crafts, archery, worship and Bible studies.

Eachdayconcludeswithafun-filledeveningprogram.In past years, the evening programs have included karate demonstrations, animal shows, group sports and games.

Primary Mini CampGrades 1–2 L–170July 15–July 18 $305During this condensed camp experience, we provide special TLC for our youngest campers–those who have never been here or who may not be ready yet for a full week at sleep–away camp. Campers will be introduced to traditional camp activities: arts and crafts, music, swimming, games, Biblestudiesandmore.Possibleoffsitetrip.

Junior High Camp Grades 6–8 L–131July 12–July 18 $515

ThisweekemphasizesChristiangrowthandawidevariety of camp activities such as swimming, boating, sports, crafts, ropes course, and archery. The week’s activitieswillincludeanoffsitetrip.Come prepared to experience fun in a new dimension. You will be challenged to play old games in new ways. Beingflexibleandopenmindedisamust.

Praise Camp Grades 9–12 L–141July 12–July 18 $525

The goal of Praise Camp is to give senior high school age campers a glimpse into worship music and ministry andhowtheymightfitintoit.Camperswillseethe ins and outs of worship ministry with church music leaders and work with them to prepare a worship set list. They will experience the preparation that goes into worship, from prayer to rehearsals. The week will include Bible studies focused on worship and music.

The week culminates with a musical presentation. Campers should come with their instrument of choice.

Latino CampGrades 1–12 L–150July 19–July 25 $455Under the auspices of the Latino pastors of the American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, this week’s program is for ages 6 to 20. Campers are separated by age for classes and age-appropriate activities. The emphasis is on Christian growth and all activities are bilingual. In addition to traditional camp activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, and archery, the week is packed with music, worship, and Bible studies.

Senior High Camp Grades 9–12 L–166August 2–August 8 $525

Senior High Camp features plenty of time for campers to enjoy fellowship and to explore what it means to be a Christian in today’s world. In addition to regular camp activies, various learning encounters are scheduled throughout the day. Evenings feature guest speakers,films,andotherspecialevents.

Junior II CampGrades 2–3 L–113Grades 4–5 L–122July 26–August 1 $505

Campers in Junior II camp engage in traditional camp activitiesonsite,butalsogooffsitefortwofieldtrips.Informationforthesetripswillbeprovidedatdropoff.

In a unique and awesome activity, Junior II closes the week with a Friday night barn carnival where cabin groups design and run games for all campers to enjoy.

Action Adventure CampGrades 6–8 L–167August 2–August 8 $570

Action Adventure Camp week caters to middle school campers with a taste for adrenaline. The week includes lessonsinwildernesssurvival,campfirebuilding,andoutdoor cooking. Rock climbing, a tube ride down the Delaware river, swimming, and paintball at Skirmish will satisfy campers’ need for adventure.

By the end of the week, campers will also understand that life with God can be the most satisfying adventure of all.
