The goal of Sudoku is to fill in a 9×9 grid with digits so that each column, row, and 3×3 section contain the num-bers between 1 to 9. At the beginning of the game, the 9×9 grid will have some of the squares filled in. Your job is to use logic to fill in the missing digits and complete the grid. Don’t forget, a move is incorrect if: • Any row contains more than one of the same number from 1 to 9
• Any column contains more than one of the same number from 1 to 9 • Any 3×3 grid contains more than one of the same number from 1 to 9

May
We rejoice in the merry, merry month of May because we know that summer means play when we soak up the heat and have treats when we eat and hope that the season will not rush away. —c. f. kelly
The Bedazzled Umpire As an umpire, I was a poor referee My calls were not good, as you will see It was hard to keep my eye on the ball For bedazzled was I by the outfield wall And my girlfriend who was sitting there Cause we had not many dimes to spare I called one a strike that flew over my head So they carried me off and laid me in bed They thought I’d had an attack of some kind The call was like I’d gone out of my mind They said that the ball was up like a kite And then let me go; I said: That is alright This job’s not for me when my Love is in sight Now we cuddle together out there by the wall Hoping to catch a mighty long flying ball — Rich Boettcher
“MY DELEMMA” Mirror, mirror, on the wall You’re no good to me at all! When I look into your space And see the reflection of my face Is that person that I see Is that person really me? Sure, I know it’s been a while Sine I was called a juvenile, But I really feel the same ‘Cept I’m stiff and a little lame, Hair’s turned gray, getting thin, Lots of wrinkles and a double chin. But I’m really feeling fine, Work at something all the time. Still I wonder when I see That reflection that is me, Which one of us is really real, The one I see or the one I feel? —Gertrude Young, age 96
