NOTICE Dated ~--bl 06 1 2018 With reference to the Advertisement No. 14/2017 Ot. 11.10.2017 for various Non-Teaching positions. eligible candidates (67 Nos.) as listed in Annexure-I are informed to appear for a Skill Test for the post of Junior Programmer, Computer Centre, as per the schedule given in Annexure-I. The eligible applicants are also informed to bring all testimonials in original (including No Objection Certificate' from their employer, Caste Certificate including valid Non Creamy Layer certificate, if not submitted earlier, wherever required) in support of their candidature and a set of self-attested photocopy of ' the originals, without which they may not be allowed to appear in the Skill Test. All the eligible applicants are also informed that since there will be no personal interview as stated in the Advertisement, the final selection and appointment to the post will be done on the basis of the Skill Test and modalities detailed in Annexure-I. Please note that the eligibility of candidature of all applicants is provisional and subject to further verification with the original documents / certificates, which may be done at various stages during the process of final selection/appointment. Hence, all candidates are to bring all relevant certificates/documents as stated above without fail for appearing in the Skill Test. Applicants not attending the Skill Test will automatically become in-eligible, repeat, in-eligible for the final selection. No T A/OA will be provided for attending the Personal Interview. Modalities of Overall Evaluation including Skill Test (Total 100 Marks)
The final selection will be made based on:(i) a Skill Test (60 marks) and (ii) academic records (40 marks).
The Skill Test will consists of Programming Test (30 marks) & MCQ type test (30 marks)Mobile phones and other electronic gadgets are not allowed during tlte Skill Test. Tlte candidate mall however
bring non-programmable calculator to be used during the course o[the test.
