OVERALL IMPRESSION: The app is easy to use and helps me watch what I eat. Since I started using it, the pounds have dropped off. Skinny kitchenPREP AND COOK TIME: 45 minutesSERVES: 4

2 Add the egg, mustard and half the milk and mix very lightly until you have a soft

dough. Don’t overwork it. You can add a little more milk if necessary.

3 Carefully roll out the dough until it’s roughly 1cm thick. Use a pasty cutter to make

eight circular shapes. Place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.

4 Brush the tops with a little milk and a good sprinkling of black pepper. Cook for

10 minutes until the cobblers are risen and golden, then set aside.

5 Adjust the oven temperature to 200°C/gas mark 6. Heat the oil in a deep casserole

● 2 tbsp chicken gravy granules
