It was noted during visit that Mis. Emaar MOF Land Ltd involves in development of group housing comprising of Plot 65 towers (S+7 floors = 19 Towers; S+8=17 Towers; S+9 = 20 Towers; S+10=7 Towers; S+11 = 2 Towers - Total = 65 Towers) covering built-up area of 2,82,527 sq m, spread over total area of area - 1,00,244 sq m (Le., 24 acres). It also includes dwelling units of 1139,296 EWS. Project involves total area of 24 acres & has proposed an expansion in another 5 acres.

Total water requirement is about 426 KLPD and about 508 KLPD domestic sewerage will be generated as per EC. PA had installed STP of 100 KLPD at present. It was observed and learnt during the visit that about 80% building and 45% infrastructural works have been completed so far. Green belt (GB) was found under development at few places (Photos 10-11). No works in proposed area was started.

1. Chronology of events: PA has requested Regional OlIice of the Ministry for issuance of certi'fication vide letter dated 15.11.2016. The Regional Office had requested vide letter dated 18.11.2016 for additional information W.r.t. issuance of certification. Requisite information was submitted by PA vide letter dated 15.12.2016.

2. Implementation of Conditions: It is evident from the above review that Consent to Establish has been obtained which was expired. Latest copy is yet to be submitted. It is evident from above mentioned review of compliance that majority of conditions of construction phase was complied whereas a few needs attention. The six monthly monitoring of noise, air & water quality and its submission along with six monthly compliance reports after 2012 was found regular.

3. Review w.r.f. to MOEFs letter dated 30.5.2012: The report was prepared after site visit on 19.1.17. 4. With regards to issuance of show cause/closure notices: HSPCB had issued show-cause notice vide

letter of 20 13 for non submission ofland papers, affidavit for construction of STP &extension of CTE. PA had replied vide letter dated 16.5.14 and submitted papers. Another show-cause notice was issued vide letter dated 1.8.16 under Water and Air Acts for non submission of valid copy of licen~e from DTep. The reply was submitted by PA vide letter dated 4.8.16 informing that application was made on 9.6.16 and will submit the same as soon as received. Renewal of CTE is yet to be issued by HSPCB as per record.
