Lesson Summary Students will conduct online research regarding the governments of North Africa, and create a Activating Strategy Collaborative Listening and Viewing Guide (CLVG) 1. Make one copy of the CLVG for each student 2. Download the trip Across North Africa PowerPoint presentation and save it to display for students. 3. Divide students into groups of 3. Each group should assign one member for each category: Leader of government, type of government, and government and how does this relate to America’s government. 4. Show each slide, and give students time to examine the pictures for each one. They are to write notes about the slide as it is on the screen. 5.
