Land Resource Southern Dallas County has the largest area of undeveloped land in the Dallas metropolitan area.
Development Plan An internationally recognized, high quality, well integrated logistics hub located in the context of a balanced community where people live near where they work.
Market Demand among commercial and industrial users generated by the transportation hub and for housing by those who work there and who desire to live in a quality and sustainable environment.
Capital Investment attracted by the security of the commercial market and population generated by it.
Financing Underwritable value created by the above factors which support public private partnerships in the development of infrastructure and community facilities.
