WORKING OF ENGINE
• . IT mainly works on four principle :
1 Intake stroke [suction]
2 Compression stroke[ compression]
3 Power stroke [power]
4 Exhaust stroke [Exhaust]

FIRING ORDER NCL
The firing order is the sequence of power delivery of each cylinder in a multi-cylinder reciprocating engine. This is achieved by sparking of the spark plugs in a gasoline engine in the correct order, or by the sequence of fuel injection in a Diesel engine.

Assembling of Engine
1. AFTER WASHING :2. To Attach the liner3. To Measure the bore with bearing4. To Attach the Crank5. To Check the connecting rod by bend test bore6. Again check the bearing and connecting rod7 To connect piston and connecting rod8. To Assemble the piston in the cylinder block with piston ring.9. To Attach the cylinder head.10. To Attach the rocker housing above the cylinder head.11. To Attach the fuel injector above cross head.12. In Rocker housing , Attach the finger.13. In the lower portion of ENGINE, Oil sump and oil pump is attached.14. In front of engine, vibration damper is attached.15. In the back side of engine fly wheel is attached.

Gas metal arc welding
Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), sometimes referred to by its subtypes metal inert gas (MIG) welding or metal active gas (MAG) welding, is a semi-automatic or automatic arc welding process in which a continuous and consumable wire electrode and a shielding gas are fed through a welding gun. A constant voltage,direct current power source is most commonly used with GMAW, but constant current systems, as well as alternating current, can be used. There are four primary methods of metal transfer in GMAW, called globular, short-circuiting, spray, and pulsed-spray, each of which has distinct properties and corresponding advantages and limitations.

Hence after training from NCL(central workshop, jayant ) we concludes that it is the very good company of manufacturing of four heavy movers engine of the world and about all parts of machine related to coal manufacturing like dumper ,shovel ,draglines as example heavy voltage motors, transformer ,heavy gears,And all form of transmission of power. one thing know about CWS jayant is the ISO certified company
